Silent and the rest of Hydra have always been welcome on Prodigy, when Silent has been asked he has said he felt like it would be like "betraying" Nopixel. Probably because of his connection to Koil and how koil felt about prodigy
Ive wanted Flippy to rejoin CG basically since he left. He was one of the best additions to the gang back in 2.0/3.0. Silent is hilarious
