i'm no argus expert but in my experience, argus can 60% take down enemy heroes on level 1 with the 2nd skill along inspire even with slight tanky heroes like phoveus
Argus is in currently 3rd gear with this build But will be in 1st gear after argus revamp they halved his damage growth and damage and critical chance and damage too😢😭
