      Daydreams it is really great that you want to know more about chossinering. Keep in mind that even if you never end up creating new routes we need people in the community who are willing to step up and maintain the climbs already in place too-it is just as noble a task as making new stuff.

    • @AnnaHazelnutt
      @AnnaHazelnutt  4 месяца назад +6

      It was incredible!! The bracelets are from the welcome ceremony that the village had for us when we arrived. Each woman in the village has a string, and whispers a wish/hope they have for us on our journey as they tie a knot into it. They then tie the bracelet to our wrists to signify we are joining their family, so to speak. As they fall off, the wish is supposed to come true :) really beautiful tradition 🥹

You can literally rock up, rent a couple of shoes, have a bit of an intro and start you own routes. No one is judgemental and everyone is friendly and there to enjoy themselves.
