The decorative tree with lots of big fruits hanging is Pomelo, they sell this alot for New Year to represent abundance and prosperity... that one is huge it's must be expensive........They added pomelo flower extract to a lot of desserts in Vietnam.
Danang city confined to the Han river, anything around the beach was a small fishing village. The city expanded to the beach when they started to build all those bridges...... the years of the first and second bridges completion will tell you when the city opened up......so the new urban around the beach is roughly 20yrs old

Thank you 🙏 the biggest pool possible is in Sheraton Resort I went there once for the pool pass.
But haven’t reviewed it yet. For beach front hotels here closer to the city.

Thanks Samy, I love watching your videos, but recently I noticed it got slightly laggy, and not as nice, maybe coz the camera. It would be much more amazing to watch it in 60fps like before 😊

In the UK we call it a pavement, in the US they call it a sidewalk.
Here's a funny explanation of why the US call it sidewalk (plus other US words)
