Cant find Carstream in Andriod Auto

Awesome it shows up now, but now when I open carstream it says "there are no new messages during this drive"

I've watched so many videos but this is the only video that helped me have the carstream appear on my android auto

I tick the unknown sources, close the developer option and restart phone. Done this 3 time and cant see carsteam

It's still not showing. Do I have to have a touchscreen in order for it to work? I have a 2021 Lexus NX 300, but it is not showing up
