    Thanks for the video. Does it have a library? In the example you gave, like plate 2 that you used 1 pace of, for the next job will it take also the rest of that plate?

      Yes it has a stock library but you can also add to it it make your own for example create a sized board and input 6 x sheets to be used

    Interesting. I stopped by looking for a cut layout, and it sounds like a cnc or laser setup. Still interesting. Please correct me if I am wrong.

      @@timlist4173 with this set up you add in all your cutting list, material you are cutting and the program lays out your pieces and shows you how to cut them out efficiently. I don’t have a CNC and I use this program all the time for cutting out sheet goods with my track saw then trimming to accurate sizes on the cabinet saw.

    Great video. Any tips for when your eg shelve size is larger than the largest wood plank you can get. Does Maxcut help workout the amount of planks you would need? For example. Cupboard inner shelve is 360mm deep but wood is only 220mm wide. Which means Ill need 2 x wood plank and glue to get to my needed measurements

      Hi mate
      No I don’t think it will work that scenario out for you however, if you did get all of your off cuts that you wanted to use for eg shelves, glue together then re-enter the new size of your glued up piece then enter the dimension into the materials board list. Then go through the motions of putting in your cutting list and picking the glued up board that you entered in the materials list.
      Hope this helps in some way 😎

    I have some scrap pieces in the hall that I would like to use in the project, how do I make the program take into account all the pieces that I added, not just the one I added?

    • @geoffsjoinery4990
      @geoffsjoinery4990  5 дней назад

      This program is designed for sheet material, not scraps or small offcuts unless they are of a decent size then you can add it to the material list.
