We have visited this property and the builder says all lies that it got 24hrs water supply via bore. To our dismay, the bore is not functional at all and when we forced watchman to switch on the motor, he hesitated and finally did. We waited for 15 mins but we observed no sign of water. Everybody in the vicinity mentioned that only this particular building relies on Water tanks in their area. When we dig in deep into details, we got to know that there is a big stone underneath because of which bore is not functional. When enquired the builder about the same, he still kept saying lies that sometimes they face issue with bore. We requested whether they can setup bore as getting water tanks is not a permanent solution. He straight away rejected and mentioned that it has to be dealt by apartment association. We further checked with few people around and got to know that there is no intimacy between existing flat owners and keep fighting with each other. We straight away avoiding this as there is no match with what builder mentioned and the current situation of the building. The bonus fact is the history and negative propaganda about this builder. Please do a thorough check with the neighbouring buildings when you go for the visit.
