I think it’s very insensitive to ask people when they are going to have kids. Lots of couples don’t want to or have a really hard time conceiving. You guys have said publicly that you would like to have kids, you and Zoe don’t owe us an explanation or details. I’m glad you aren’t offended by the questions. But a vloggers (or anyone for that matter) worth should not be hinged on whether or not you have kids. Love you two hope you are both doing well xx

I agree, especially because they have already, repeatedly, addressed it and still people ask. I personally struggled to have a baby, one ectopic pregnancy and two misscarriages. I hated that question. And then when we announced we were pregnant someone said "it's about time!" 🤦
Regarding the question about falling out with friends: as a 28 year old, I feel like the quality of time chatting and hanging out with your friends becomes so much more important than documenting it for social media - even if it's your job. As full on adults with careers, relationships, children, pets etc., life moves differently. But at this stage in life, you could see a good friend once a year and it feels like nothing has changed. When you're younger, people tend to feel like they need to be together with their friends in person all the time for it to be meaningful. There's no wrong way of doing things.

My husband and I didn’t get married until after we celebrated 11 years together. We have an almost two year old at 31 & 32. We don’t plan on future kiddos. We get asked ALL THE TIME. What I’m saying is...everything at your own pace. Keep enjoying life & each other the way you want to! 💕

I've always thought that it is so rude,insensitive and disrespectful,when people ask others about having kids. You never know what a person or couple, is going through. They might want kids so badly but just can have them..and you are just reminding them that they can't..and they feel like less of a person,woman or man for it. Or they might not want kids at all. Another pet peeve of mine is..asking a woman if she is pregnant because she might look it..when really she just might have a little extra weight she is carrying. I always look at people sideways when they ask those type of personal questions. Think about what you are asking,before you ask it..you might save someone from having serious hurt feelings.

Making up so many different stories and I've always avoided them because I've always thought "wow these people must not know how normal friendships (in adulthood) work". Like i have a good friend of mine who now lives countries away and we may talk every 2-3 months just for a bit but as soon as we meet up again (when she visits here hometown) its like the good ol' days. tomorrow is my parents 1 year anniversary. i’m 19 and they are my blood parents. they were together for 33 years before hand and are just as happy now as ever. marriage didn’t change anything in their relationship. i totally get what you mean about marriage. don’t feel the need to rush, it shouldn’t be made a big deal of, when you’re ready you’re ready as with anything else :)

Having kids is a really personal question but just let me tell you that being a young parent is the best, I'm 27, my husband is 28 and our daughter is 6 and although people always judge us we have so much energy, we are a stable and happy couples and we couldn't be happier with her❣❣

My question now would be have you thought about how much you will share online in terms of proposal/pregnancy/wedding/children. Your life is no longer all online so have you put thought into those boundaries or are those something you and Zoe will talk about whenever it becomes relevant?
I think so many people asking about marriage/proposal are from America - there is a such a stigma here that you have to be married by a certain age, you have to get married before having children, etc. and after spending some time in Scotland for school, I quickly learned how the culture there wasn't marriage focused but relational focused. It didn't matter how long but just how good it was going. I think this is really important to keep in mind while watching someone like Alfie or even the people in your life - how about checking in on the relationship? How are you and blank? Anyway just my thoughts
So happy you said that about the wanting children question. So many people ask it without remembering it’s such a personal question to ask someone. I had two miscarriages and took us 15 months to be pregnant with our son and we never told anyone while we were going through it yet the whole time we were constantly being asked “when are you going to have kids!?” It was so heartbreaking. So I really hope people stop asking anyone this question. I know they mean no harm but you don’t know what struggles that couple could be going through.
I think being asked if you are going to have children is an incredibly rude question. Since I’ve got engaged I’ve been repeatedly asked when I will have children.... first off I can’t have children for medical reasons and second of all I don’t want to grow one myself. I’d rather adopt a ready made child.
