Loved the video; I have four grandkids 5 and under. My daughter in law really struggle with organizing the two boys closet. One boy is 2 and a half and the other is 11 months they share a room. This was a blessing. Thank you Nikki!! You are a tremendous blessing to all of us. Now I need to take those plastic hangers back. LOL

Congrats on the wee one from Northern Ireland. I hate folding shorts so I use skirt hangers. I have black velvet hangers in my wardrobe and I buy 'hanger clips' that match the hanger and clip on to create skirt hangers. They would be great for children's shorts since it stops something so tiny falling off the hangers as you move them. I have this problem even as an adult so if it works for me it would work for children's clothes.
Fantastic tips! I use the velvet hangers in our closets too, but never thought about hanging pants on the more presentable side. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Also love the idea of using picture and word on a label for children’s items. Thanks for tips I can use immediately! 😊😘😊

I need to fly you out to Las Vegas to help me. My closet is horrible. My room feels more of a storage, than a bedroom thanks to constant moving (Navy).

This is so timely. My BF, and I are getting two new grand babies this year. My daughter is having her first in June, and his oldest son, is having his first in October. I also use the term Bonus Daughter, or Son, because they are a bonus to my life, and I hate using “step” anything.
Great tips. For now it's easier to fold them and put them in drawers. I need to redo our closet. The rod that hangs the clothing is too low on most of it due to the shelf above it being too low making the space too short. Daniel's been breaking the hangers. It's not an easy fix as it's attached to the rod. It's a reach in but it's also a long one. Our water heater is in the same closet. Daniel's been stealing and hiding my clothing. Two of my dresses are still missing so I'm planning to get a lockable trunk as he mostly just steals dresses, nightgowns, and certain skirts. I need to purge most of Daniel's old toys. He doesn't play with him. We know what his hobbies are (art, music, video games, and gross motor skills which are things like running, jumping, climbing) so we can focus on them. Have bin for his art supplies and another for his music. Well the smaller ones. His video games is primarily on his tablet. He prefers a touch screen over buttons as he doesn't play console ones like I do (my hobbies are books, video games, journaling, and swinging kettlebells). He doesn't even like playing on the computer. Gross motor he mostly has to do outside. He does occasionally climb the wall in the hallway. We do have a little indoor trampoline for him but he prefers jumping on the bed which prematurely ruins the springs so I have to put a barrier to prevent the springs from poking us or get wire free mattresses.
You are so good how do rest with all your knowledge 😂 I would be constantly changing things around if I had the multitask efficient ideas you have. Thanks for posting.

I keep baskets in the closet and just toss them into the correct type. I never fold baby clothes. It takes way too long
