Japan is my favorite place in the last 20 years. Over the years I have the opportunities to listen to some japanese concerts both traditional and modern. I learned this song in Hirosaki while attending a Samisen performance. Subsequently, I discovered that there's a musical monument right at Cape Tabi, the northest point of Honshu Island facing Hokkaido. If you press on the button, the singer who sang this song is our beloved 鄧丽君。I also like the male version sung by 玉置浩二playing the guitar. It is a beautiful place to listen to this song.
This piece of music is in my brain and therefore I could sing and play the piano at the same time. For other japanese songs, it will be too difficult to concentrate on both!
