2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground five spice
Pinch of smoked sea salt
1 cup + 2 tbsp vegan butter, cold & cubed
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice-cold water
Extras: 3 tbsp oat cream (for brushing) + 1/4 cup granulated sugar with 2 tsp ground cinnamon
