In my experience just practicing with one concept and recording yourself will help. You see what you like and don’t like, from there build on that slowly
@@Befyoutube +1, also focus on the foundations, watch great dancers as an inspiration who have excellent foundations (like AlexTheCage, icee etc). imagining what kind of dancer you would like to be can also help. And unless there is no dance school in your area, you shouldnt be afraid of visiting the local dance school, tackle your fears :)
Definitely look at these videos as a tool that you can utilize to help you on your journey. So much of dance, specifically freestyle is self directed, and it’s important to develop your individual discipline when it comes to training the ideas talked about in these videos. I like to say that these videos should act as a starting point whereafter you can continue to explore and train on your own. More than happy to help in any way I can. We also will have more videos on training regiments and how to tangibly utilize/incorporate these concepts into your practice coming soon!
