I remember brown sugar & fig! I went into bath & body yesterday and got the new chasing fireflies scent. It's no toasted praline & pear but it does have pear listed, it's just not a yummy pear. Hi Melissa~! Wanted to recommend a sunscreen you might like that i recently found. It called Alumier moisture matte spf 40. It's a mineral spf that comes out white but as you rub it in it releases a tint and it makes the skin look flawless. It's got a radiant kind of natural finish but it's matte in the sense it feels dry to the touch and not greasy at all. I think it's amazing and the protection feels really strong. A little goes a long way also. Comes in three undertones.

I hear you on the Nars foundation! Once you find what works for your skin, there's no good reason to try something else, especially when many run $50+ anymore.

I used to love the Australian Gold Tinted sunscreen, but with my dry skin, it wasn't moisturizing enough for me. It's a shame. So reasonably priced and a nice tint.
I'm the opposite. I prefer the Elf moisturizing Camo concealer.

I enjoy empties videos, so I hope that you keep doing them. It's a great way to get ideas for products we might like to try. Thank you for mentioning your Instagram channel. That sounds like such a fun idea. Coincidentally, I have been on a trip down memory lane myself lately and have watched a lot of compilations of songs from different years/decades or certain genres. (I wonder if those RUclipsrs have to pay a big fee to use the clips in their videos.) I don't use Instagram regularly because I've only gone over there when someone has specifically asked for people to sign up to get to a certain number of followers or to qualify for a contest or something. But I will certainly go sign up with you and check out the stories you mentioned. Now I'll just have to try to remember to go back on a regular basis to see what new ideas you've come up with there!
I have wondered how they get away with using music on here. Because I have had videos un-monitized for something playing in the background for just a few seconds. I was just wondering- this is a 19 min video and the only commercial I saw was at the beginning of the video none at the middle nor the end. I believe there is an option where you can add a commercial on your video; this way your revenue will be higher per video.

All I know is you look amazing for using a product from 1922! I’ve been using that Kerastase shampoo for more than a year. I’ve had hair regrowth. My hair is thin in the front & you could see through it. My hair has gotten thicker & it’s not so bad looking. Love you, Lucy

It is an 8 hour drive one way and she was pregnant with her 3rd. I was able to be with her for the first 2 but we made it to Tn after the 3rd was born.

I just love your empties videos! I’ve been using the Glytone lotion, too. While it makes my skin sooo smooth, I find it kinda thick and difficult to spread. Maybe I need to warm it up in my hands more before applying it. Also, I think you have on one of your Banana Republic sleeveless turtlenecks! I got two of them and love them-they’re so soft! aw, thank you Steph!!! What I do with the glytone sometimes is do it right after the shower while my skin is dried off, but still has that steam on it, if that makes sense. Then I do it quickly and I get it spread before it dries. I love that turtleneck and it is the BR. I think I'll see if they have them still. Thank you!

I adore your hair!!! My hair is thinning periodically and breaks my heart. I always had the thickest hair of anyone. It’s still fairly thick but not like before. It’s about your length (and I did let it go gray). But I’ve spent so much money on the Redken system for thinning hair and the Revolve line from Zenagen because my hairdresser told me if you start using Nioxin you have to use it the rest of your life?? Has anyone heard this?
yes that’s would I’ve heard here on Utube as well, once you start you have to use all the time.
I can say I used Nioxin about 20 years ago for about a year and it really helped. 20 years later I am thinking of getting again due to Covid hair. I've known others, Melissa included, who only use during specific times. That's just my experience. Take care!

Ms Mellisa thank you for sharing your empties! This is a true and honest video, that shows your constant routines. I love your videos. I never took care of my skin but just started… I’m 50 now and started Obagi in April of this year and Glytone about a week ago, and all products have already made a difference. Melissa, can you answer this question? How often do you use the Nioxin shampoo and conditioner? Every shampoo day or just once a week or so? And also, how/when do you use the scalp treatment? Right after styling or when it's dirty (pre next shampoo)? Thank you so much! I am using system 6 now and find the conditioner really smoothing (ie. don't use too much!).
