His reaction when he sent it was not what I was expecting!!😂 I thought he was going to be screaming and shouting! Seriously though what an incredible route! Well done!!
Jonathan is a climber who for whatever reason I don't hear name dropped all that often that often, but is an incredible climber who sends with style. Super happy to watch two videos of him this week, such great climbing. He seems to be putting down some nails climbs, looking strong.
Jonathan Siegrist ahh yes saw it now. What a great line! Congrats and way to go for pushing forward unlocking the future of hard climbing in America :)
Congrats on the send, Jonathan - so badass. I noticed you’re using a lot of three finger drags with your left hand and leaving your pinky off. Any strategic reason for that? Holds just super small? Would appreciate your insight!
someone educate me on the other ratings ? I know the north American 5.0 to 5.15 , bouldering Is V 0-17 or so . Whare does this 9a stuff come from? europe?
Hyped on all the footage of Siegrist. Keep it coming EpicTV!
Awesome, man! Thanks for finding this, working it, and putting in the work for the rest of us! Making the world a more fun place to be!
That whole sequence from 06:44 with the footwork and those heinous holds up to that pocket at 07:14... God damn it looks hard! LOVE it!

I know right? He just has this look of gratitude at the end, which is awesome.
Maybe they filmed after the real fa? Could also be a option.
Just a sly little grin

there are so many people in this sport who go totally unrecognized it’s crazy
Really nice vidéo, thank you and congratz on sending!
really cool footage... looks really technical, love it!
Great content appreciate the beat drop at the end 🤞🏻
Great work! Thanks!!!
That was sick. Awesome!
Nice work Jonathan! Props to Nate as well.
No doubt!
Vegas answer for Malham, all holds are upside down
The red point crux looks really nasty indeed! Great job! 👏
love it!!!!!
So much style.
Siegrist is so fuckin chill
Soooooo good! Did the video editor cut out a knee bar rest? I didn’t see when he used his knee pad and then all of a sudden he ditches it
There’s a really sneaky knee bar just to clip the third bolt - you can barely see it in the vid. That’s all I use the pad for.

I give Ondra 3 years to project this, cry and flail every time he falls off, grades it 5.14 when he sends it, and says it was easy lol
Or just flash it and keep a 9a+ grade 🤷
Ondra is known for flashing the hardest routes in the world...
