i thought i was the only one thinking that! they are both indestructible and not willing to give up. Might have been the most unpredictable fight ever.
Imagine Cole's frustration - can't be good, doesn't want to be evil, but keeps seeing evil in his future no matter what he does. And all he really wants is Phoebe, who will never take him back. And now he's indestructible, so he sees an eternity of frustration. Understandable, from that perspective, that he just goes rogue.
He has the same "frustration" of a controlling, manipulative, dishonest, abusive ex who can't let go of the woman who doesn't want him anymore. He needs therapy, meditation, a sabbatical on another planet...anything but to keep harassing his ex wife.
omg i forgot the guy from final destination was one of the Avatars...makes total sense xddd "his face looks familiar" sir, SIR!!! hahahah crazy Cole trying to vanquish himself was the funniest thing. And the fight with Piper was iconic
Whatever you think about Cole, regardless of his morality, he did choose to be resurrected. He already died but he chose to escape hell. That’s similar to why they didn’t want Buffy’s mom resurrected, because the thing that comes back isn’t really human. Also, in the Charmed universe, beings who weren’t meant to have certain powers would go insane, and that’s what happened to Cole. Similarly, Prue almost went crazy as an empath, Dr Williamson in S2, Paige with the power broker, Phoebe and the Seer with Baby Source, etc.
This part and not like the powers he got didn’t make him go mad either cuz we always see a running theme of how he’s half human and demon so good and evil sides fighting 😂 ik ppl mad about this characters change but it works even if it’s background info chiming in on changes
Recomendation for my favorite reaction channel: Chime, 2024 japanese horror movie, shocking, interesting, unsetling and short (45 minutes, but do not underestimate it). Would love to see you guys react to it! ❤
Not me realizing the guy that Paige is seeing at the beginning of the first episode you guys watched in this video is the guy from the Rookie, Tim Bradford.
Phoebe really drove Cole insane. They were ride or die and then Phoebe left him out to dry. I just feel bad for him especially when even the writers gave up and just said "fine his evil, hate him"
But I don't hate him even when he's bad. Maybe when I was watching it for the first time I was frustrated. But now I enjoy his scenes. For me only the fact that the character is "good" doesn't mean that I will automatically love them. Moreover complex characters who once were good or bad and then started changing are often really interesting to watch. And Julian's charismatic and a good actor. So it's nice to watch him weither he's good or evil. And I really love this moment when Piper asks him How can you be so evil? And he makes a short pause and replies with "It's a gift" making this face pretending to be scared. Cool moment. And right after Charmed Julian had his own project which brought him success so things were okay for him.
He drove himself crazy, Phoebe told him at least 3 times to leave her alone, he never cared what she wanted and just kept saying "I'm never giving up on us, I'm never going away"...he was toxic & obsessed with her, it's sad that these are the type of men women go around protecting and defending, while shaming their victims
Happy "Charmed" Saturday evening with Cody & Sergio! 🔮✨️ Two great episodes for this evening. Episode 5x09: Paige gets her first charge as a Whitelighter. And it's turns out to be her biological father, the former Whitelighter Sam. Episode 5x10: After a demon mummifies Phoebe, Cole offers him a trade. Looking forward to the episode reactions for next week. 😊
Love how pretty much every horror fan sees Tony Todd in anything and goes "OMG it's Tony Todd" and loses their shit. Anyone else sitting there wanting Cole's jacket? Piper getting annoyed at people touching her baby bump is such a mood. When one of my friends was pregnant she'd get annoyed that everyone suddenly felt the obligation to touch her tummy without asking. The Piper v Cole fight was too funny. I feel like Darryl would make a great whitelighter, but at the same time I don't want him to die which is a bit of a requirement.
Coles' unhinged mental break era is one of my favorites. It lets the actor show off his comedic side. Also, I think this is when the writers were trying to force a Paige and Cole ship, but the actors put their foot down and said no.
I think it’s the DVD set. It has all of the original music… so much is lost in the streaming version with all of the licensed music removed for generic lifeless music 😞
After the buffy verse and charmed are over, are we thinking "Supernatural" next? Maybe "The Walking Dead". I would freak out if you reacted to one of those. Love, love, love both of you and your channel. It's my favorite. ❤❤❤
They said Supernatural is intimidating to take on because of how long it is. Walking dead is probably the same except I don’t know if it’s a great reaction series because it’s so slow paced.
I love seeing the titles of the episodes and knowing exactly which episodes I'm preparing for. Happy Charmed Saturday, loves. Cole is such a demonic snack though.. Lord hammercy. Lol. Long live Tony Todd. He fit the horror genre so well.
I remember reading somewhere that the plan was to have Cole and Paige start dating in season 5 but Julian McMahon and rose McGowan refused to do it and that’s why there’s such a dramatic change in Cole’s character from the start of season 5 to now they weren’t fully sure what they were doing I don’t think
I always keep thinking about the episode where Cole was willing to give up the source’s powers. I wonder where the series could’ve gone if that actually went through
Serg anand Cody..I found the perfect found footage film for u guys (to probably watch alone). It's called August Underground. I was just watching a video on the best found footage and apparently it's very good but very gory.
Jeric is played by Adrian Paul who starred as Duncan McCloud in The Highlander TV series. Watched him growing up. Loved that show, but it's super campy these days lol.
P3! Ouch Paige dumping the guy. Supernatural nanny search. Cole drowning his sorrows at the bar. He decimated them! Tony Todd 💚 Paige’s first charge! The avatars of force 🤔 Phoebe threatening to vanquish Cole…again. Surprise surprise. Not puking on Paige’s shoes. Her father! 🤯 The family drama in full force. The elders forcing Sam to be a Whitelighter again is kinda messed up. Cole eavesdropping on the convo. Not Cole wanting the dark lighter to destroy the Charmed ones 🤦🏽♀️ Leo/Piper’s pep talk to Sam. Phoebe telling Paige he’s her father! The tense convo between Paige and Samuel & it’s not even him! Not Cole impersonating Samuel. The triple dark lighter arrow! 🤯 Phoebe pushing Cole back to evil. Baby coming in clutch protecting Piper tho 🙌🏼 Cole protecting Samuel from the dark lighter! Cole’s decisions always give me whiplash! I’m convinced he just makes it up as he goes 😂 Samuel to the rescue. The sisters talking Samuel through his self doubt, pain & guilt 💚 The triple vanquishing potion creation 😳 Of course they leave Phoebe for last. Cole vanquishing himself! 🤯 It not working! This is WILD. Cole is un-vanquishable? Good to know. Sam’s heart to heart with Paige 💚 I’m glad Paige got to meet her birth father & they were able to talk through everything. Curious to see how invincible Cole & the avatars story will progress from here. It almost seems a little repetitive with the evil - not evil storyline. I almost want him to just choose evil (or good?) & stick with it already 😂 Especially if Phoebe is just gonna assume he is the root of all evil regardless of what he does 🤷🏽♀️ What a dramatic opener 😂 Darryl! I feel like we haven’t seen him in so long. Okay mummy. Piper maternity shopping 💚 I’ve also never understood the everyone needing to touch a pregnant woman’s belly thing. Family is understandable. But strangers shouldn’t be that comfortable in your bubble. Her threatening Darryl for trying to touch her pregnant belly 😂 Damn, RIP medical examiner. Paige stealing the scrying necklace from the crime scene. Leo & Piper 💚 Of course they’re after Phoebe’s body. Not Piper hanging up on Darryl. Cole trying to take himself out was wild 😂 Of course Cole knows the mummy guy. Cole busting into the Egyptian lair 💀 Cole wanting them to put Phoebe on ice for him. Not Cole trying to switch Phoebe for Paige 😂 Leo shapeshifting so Darryl can arrest him so he won’t get in trouble at work. “I’m unbreakable dude…I’m not” Piper please 😂 Cole with yet another set up for the sisters 🤦🏽♀️ Him saying that’s his witch. At least they sent Piper back home. Piper trying to blow up Leo in disguise 💀 Not “two demonic perverts” - Piper is on a roll this episode with the comedy. Cole vs Piper in the attic 🔥 Okay Paige & Jeric scene 🥵 Not Cole saying Piper has to choose & that she should choose Phoebe over Paige because she’s only known her for so long. Yes Piper outsmarting them and vanquishing Jeric! 🙌🏼 Yay Lieutenant Darryl! Love that for him💚 Cole in his chaotic evil era now. It’s getting harder to be a Cole defender out here but I’m still hanging on 😂 Absolutely loved the attic confrontation between Piper & Cole. Another great episode with twists & turns! Wonderful reactions as always 🖤
@ Supernatural is one of my all time favorite shows! 💚 I think I’m the only one of my friends & family who’ve watched all 15 seasons 😂 I’m really hoping Sergio & Cody will react to it one day in the future 🫠
The care for Cole and the neglect for Phoebe is crazy. Everyone cares about his trauma and no one's cares about Phoebe's. The show doesn't keep the Source possession as continuity and everyone needs to remember that. Phoebe's biggest fear is that she's actually evil and now Cole, who has killed humans and is indestructible won't leave her alone. Did Cole get dealt a bad hand? He'll yea but it's not Phoebe's job to fix him and care for him anymore. He's lived in this world longer than all of them he can find his way.
My young teenage self was rooting soooo hard for phoebe and Cole’s love story…mostly because I was drooling over Cole 😅😅😋🤤 it kinda ruined my beliefs on the “fighting for love” thing….🤣😅🤷🏻♀️
Cole was evil when he met Phoebe. He was evil when possessed by the Source. And it is absolutely evil to kill humans, regardless of what they did...considering they couldn't hurt him and the law says they should go to jail and trial before being put to death. Cole may not be fully evil, but he isn't a good guy. And Phoebe reacts like a woman whose abusive ex (he was literally trying to kill her when they met, lied, manipulated, stalked her, etc.) won't leave her alone.
yeah and what Cole did was not self defense, imagine if superman went around ending people who shot at him and used "self defense" as an excuse... Cole is not good and never was, Idk how anyone can watch these 2 episodes and watch him toying with people's lives sending a darklighter after Paige, Leo, the unborn child, mummifying Phoebe etc, and still think he's good
Phoebe became so self centered, it’s getting on my nerves, like girl please. Also, Cole could’ve and should’ve stayed dead in season 4, because his character didn’t make any sense in the season. But outside of that, love the season so far and especially the sam episode. Also, saying that Cole made his decision is kinda ... not it. The sisters didn’t really leave the door open for him
Girl, im not the only one saying it, basically half of the fandom think thatPhoebe character became selfish as the show goes on, hence the nickname Phoeme and people often said that Cole overstayed his welcome@@rvcardback
@@Rayon_RayonMe too but if Piper would've chose Paige then Phoebe would've been saved and Paige would've died because Isha was in her body only so if Piper hadn't chose Paige both wouldn't still be alive only one sister would.
I'm excited Sam came back to meet his daughter Paige well atleast on screen because he already knew her when she was a baby and Cole keeps trying to win Phoebe back but he's just making her dislike him even more and I'm glad that he was vanquished in Season 5 episode I'm not telling because spoilers.
I started to not like phoebe when she started hating Cole. Cause she's basically the reason Prue died cause she left to save Cole. Now she being like this. Too much annoying
IM SO EXCITED for you guys to see Centennial Charmed next week. It's such a banger
Yaaaaaz, same! 😍
Top 5
The God vs God match up of Pregnant Piper and Cole was epic. Would have been great to see a rematch
i thought i was the only one thinking that! they are both indestructible and not willing to give up.
He should have gone to a buddhist monastery and handle that frustration
He has the same "frustration" of a controlling, manipulative, dishonest, abusive ex who can't let go of the woman who doesn't want him anymore. He needs therapy, meditation, a sabbatical on another planet...anything but to keep harassing his ex wife.
Jeric's actor performance as Leo was top notch. Always appreciated it watching this episode.
Old hollywood vibes, that's just Rose McGowan babe.
"yes girl give me drama give me pose. Oh wait no I think you're dying"😂😂😂😂
omg i forgot the guy from final destination was one of the Avatars...makes total sense xddd

So Y Tu Mummy came out 22 years ago today the timing is incredible
I will say that crazy Cole is fun to watch. Sad and heartbreaking and very dark...but quite fun to watch.
That's how I am with family I don't know, usually. In rare cases I'm open and welcoming like when I found. My aunt, grandparents and siblings
Y'all seriously make my week.
Charmed reaction on Sunday *well Sunday for me :D ) Yeeey! Thank you!
Also Cole's only connections to the human world are the sisters, Leo, and Daryl
Well, they don't give him the time of the day
This part and not like the powers he got didn’t make him go mad either cuz we always see a running theme of how he’s half human and demon so good and evil sides fighting 😂 ik ppl mad about this characters change but it works even if it’s background info chiming in on changes

Happy "Charmed" Saturday evening with Cody & Sergio! 🔮✨️
Two great episodes for this evening.

If you really paid attention to the Cole storyline from season 3 up until this point , it's actually sad and hypocritical
