Golf is so much like life. Risks, rewards, and challenges with incredible highs and lows. A great way to share with your closest friends, family, or enjoy a happy place with your soul, but NONE of it possible, unless you first pick up a club and take a swing. In all fairness to you and Tim, those greens really did look brutal. Thank you for sharing, love your content and style. Keep swinging! :)

I had really bad temper back in the day it destroyed my confidence on the course I broke clubs I almost quit 5 times but I’ve changed now and I know what your going through and I hope it gets better
I think there is just a point where your expectations meet reality. I used to get pissed at all sorts of things on the golf course while I was all of like a 12-13 handicap. No way I should have ever had the expectations I did. Sabrina while much better than that probably has expectations on course that are closer to that of a pro golfer, but likely doesn't have nearly enough time to focus on her golf game as most pro golfers.

In this segment Sabrina looks to be back to her normal swing( no indication of over swing here ) Tim's swing looks effortless for the distance he results. Looks like big strong with enormous head speed, but he is totally in control at contact keeps the ball in front of him, continually. Sabrina your swing looks solid here and you're back to dropping birdies on your wheelhouse distances to hole. Not to fret, your slump is waning, perhaps time to take in a qualifier with someone on the bag who is able to talk"max encouragement" with the skills you possess.
Sabrina, most of the time you are annoyed about your shots, but it’s kind of your signature.
So don’t worry about it, you do it in kind of a funny way.
Keep doing things your way, is your style. These make your content unique.

About the on course emotional tempest. I was so you in my early 20's (in a more restrained, uptight, pickle up the..... Southern Ontario boy sorta way.) Boiling fury, barely concealed. And not always. Bent at least one club. As time went by, I gradually calmed down. Now, much more sanguine. One of the benefits of age, I guess.
Hang in. It gets better. In the mean time, enjoy being you. Living on the extreme outside of your skin can bring a lot of joy. :)

Don't know what to make of that. You're a perfectionist! No one and that includes the pro's, can play perfect golf every single round, but you seem to think you should do! lol. Your game wasn't that bad, you had a mixture of good and bad shots, that's golf. That said, your meltdowns are hilarious and so entertaining. lol
When I struggle on the golf course mentally, it’s not the golf. BTW when scores go side ways, choke down 2-3” on every club except the wedges and it includes the putter.
Sabrina, Have you ever gawked at an accidents??? We are Gawkers when we watch your golf game. it's a compliment. you are a train wreck waiting to happen. You make great videos. I enjoy everyone of them. it's almost like my own game.
Some tips for you: 1) since you’re a golf influencer, practice golf every day, 2) arrive at golf course at least 30 minutes early and warm up, 3) make sure you have all of your equipment since you probably get a little of it free..you can’t show up with one ball, no tees, missing a club, no rangefinder…etc
We all love you Sabrina. It would be nice if you didn't lose control of your mind, but we all know this is Sabrina. What's the chance, she will? No matter how good or bad you hit a shot, you still have to hit the next one unless you hit it in the hole. Please remain focused. What takes your energy away is your lack

You’re a decent player but that raise with the arms at the top of the backswing really hurts your ball striking. Try keeping a glove under your right arm it’ll help your ball striking 👍

This is absolutely a case study. You were tired. It made you cynical. You actually played pretty well in spots. A few bad decisions but, again, likely caused by fatigue and anxiety. You probably shouldn’t have played in most scenarios. I get why you did. You’re a good player. Your swing is decent and has a lot of promise. This outcome was caused neck-up. You gotta start giving yourself a break. Quit saying, “I felt…” and start judging results. You’re doing fine, ma’am.
