I've been using this subliminal for a couple of weeks. My vision is -2 on the left and -2.25 on the right. My vision has really cleared up. Lately I haven't been wearing my contacts and my eyes don't feel strained and I don't get headaches like I used to. Yesterday I was bicycling and I could see the signs just fine. I could read them properly. Normally I would be unable to do it. I was in a rush btw, so I forgot to put on my contacts. I am not suggesting this behavior because it could have ended really badly and in general it isn't safe. I also noticed that I can read from a distance a lot better. Lately I haven't been wearing my contacts and my eyes don't feel strained and I don't get headaches like I used to. Yesterday I was bicycling and I could see the signs just fine. I could read them properly. Normally I would be unable to do it. I was in a rush btw, so I forgot to put on my contacts. I am not suggesting this behavior because it could have ended really badly and in general it isn't safe. I also noticed that I can read from a distance a lot better. After listening for a month my left eye definitely improved now stand 2 more meters away from the clock and see the numbers extremely clearly but for my right eye which is about 300 no improvement well maybe a little good job! Happy with the results will continue updating about it

Really Its working like God"s Blessings. This is my 10th day I am listning. I dont know who will belive it or not but before 10 days my right eye was 6/6 and left eye was 6/12 (Both Without Glasses). and today i rechecked my vision to an ophthalmologist and without glasses my both eye vision is 6/6. I followed this pattern - at night before sleep 4 times booster subliminal and then 3 times this then more 3 times when i am alone in a room without any sorrounding noise and at last before sleeping 3 times sublims and 4 times booster. total 9 times subliminal and 8 times booster. all are with headphone which supports Hi Res audio. Those who are new please follow this pattern for a quick result. I am going to continue and update you guys if this change is permanent.

Hey, i am 13 and my left and right eye power is 3.50&4.50. I know its to much for my age and i am trying my best for my eye to get better, as my mother is always worried about it . So, I am gonna update here and see if this sub works-
Day1: nothing, i listened to it 6 times.
Day2: i can see a lil bit without my glasses.
