FELIX finds himself in a fierce force three storm at sea. The weather balloon is hit by lightning and FELIX’s capsule topples towards earth where it snags on a Dutch windmill. The dykes are threatening to burst and the local village has been evacuated. FELIX meets some farmyard animals which have been accidentally left behind and they decide to plug the threatened dyke. Can they save the village before it’s too late?
