Great video and very cool builds. It’s fun to see what people are constructing. Thanks for showcasing my rifles. COTS stands for “Commercial Off The Shelf” It’s the program the military used when procuring items units needed quickly and didn’t want to go through the traditional means of procurement with government contracts. Apparently Delta and other tier 1 units used the COTS program to procure the CAR-15 and its accessories associated with it at the time.
I think I like a lot of the same stuff that Randy likes. I gotta say, a lot of these guns don't look like they're getting shot very often. Get out there dudes.
dude! as a retired Marine infantry guy ( ret 2014) , and several tours Iraq and Afghan.. The clone Iraq was the best.!!. i have been wanting to do one myself, .. so i am biased, but my vote for the big win is the dude's Iraq clone . love it! one of these days i will have to submit oneof my builds.. you should do a " varmit and or coyote" build submission.. many of us have 1 built for our special burdens where we live.. lots of coyote, beaver, and prairydog builds.. u will love em
lol.. if it was 15 yrs ago yes.. i agree, but these days, we would be hated on for showing our collections.. too many asshats out there looking to troll on us
You can get used Comp M2's and M3's for like $350ish and while not actually clone correct they look the part imo. For that matter an Aimpoint PRO looks the part. Also, the Aimpoint PRO is still a good red dot imo.
HRT wasn't really built for the HRT they use 416 but the FBI did use this upper receiver they did not use Mark 12 gas blocks they used a different type with an insert to throttle the gas port they used all the colors of the rail and they used whatever lower receiver they had they had Rock River lower receivers and they had Colt receivers they also didn't even use that rail on some of those rifles they used centurion rails on some of them and the barrels were originally front sight post barrels that they put low profile gas blocks on to fit under those rails. There's a lot of wrong information out there about these

I’m liking that Rein 1.0 in bazooka green on your FBI build
Something so nice about these late uploads.
you have to play new vegas now
You should do a subscriber collection video. Limit it to at least 10 guns per submission

I almost got that sig optic for my Block 1 tribute but I just couldn’t do it. I had to bite the bullet and get an M4s.
