Your voice is so soothing and calming that I fell asleep halfway through the meditation.
What came up for me “ happiness is when someone reminds you that you’re better than that”

🌈🌈🌈 I did have SEVERAL intentions . When we got to the sacral chakra I saw an Orange light as Ive seen before. I wouldve loved to go on that trip to Thailand but time wont allow at this time let alone $$. Looking forward to your shared experience there.❤️

I saw a beautiful garden, mountains, and when my mind wandered I saw people helping each other out of love. It was the first time I let myself take what I needed and wander from what I didn’t, and it was a successful meditation for that. I am pleased!

I finished at 12:12 am and it was very emotional for me ngl because there are somethings that I needed to heal from for quite a while now.
