It's great to see you enjoying a ride after all your hard work. The grey arms look good too. Can't wait to see the whole family running their toys together.
I also purchased the same engine along with the Champion 1:1:1 ratio rockers during a Black Friday sale last November. Was the best $355 ever spent on an engine with that much performance. Still is my favorite engine. It's a torque monster!
Just saw the Baja build and love Frankie Baja. Also bought the benchmark flap disks on your recommendation and love them. I do lawn mower repair and use them to sharpen blades among other things and love them.
This is one of my favorites. You need to make more videos like this one. Or start a cross cart build that's as thorough as this video. Really good stuff here bud.
AWESOME CART RBG !!! but i spotted once small problem. those overflow line near the exhaust. if was me id redirect them back into the gas tank to lesson the risk of fire. other then that is a badazz build from RBG !!!
Hey Red Beard! You should start incorporating atv chassis/suspension parts into your builds since you are starting to make big power on these engines. So many good front ends, shock combos available in the new take off market cheap!
@@RedBeardsGarage If it was mine the grey would have to go , even if I had to cover it up using a rattle can instead of powder coat . Silver would have been good I'm with you black would have been much much better than that grey . Gold and black goes well together but I don't know about this application. But it's not mine it only needs to please you. It is a nice build .
Seriously though! Along with a few other things that could have been improved. I think they're more concerned about maximizing the length of the videos instead of paying attention to details. Seems like a lot of time wasted just to get such little accomplished each episode.
From what I seen when ya rounded a corner the right wheel cam off the ground like a regular suspension on a go-kart .so not sure but should it have a lil more travel up and down in the front so the wheel don't lose connection from the ground ..just a observation .great vid tho godbless
What will be the long term effects of having the engine part of the rear suspension? For example, will the constant agitation of the engine cause aeration of engine oil? Also will constant violent forces on the engine cause premature failure of engine parts which are already under tremendous load under acceleration? I also have concern that the violent agitation of the carburetor on hot days and during high operating temperatures will cause vaporization of fuel? Other than my concerns, this is one mean machine. Your fabrication skills are far greater than most of your contemporaries. Your thoughts Mr. Red Beard?
It's a VegasCarts 625cc so it has a pressured oil system should not affect the oiling of the engine internals. Geoff of VegasCarts recommends engines with pressured oil systems for off road use. Oil slinger engines are fine as long as you are not going off road.
Its not going to be any different than a dirt bike. Everything bounces around on a dirt bike. Parts wear out. The engine on this cart isn't bouncing around any more than a dirt bike's engine, or even a boat's motor.
Why do most buggies use equal length top and bottom a arms? Aren’t the top a arms supposed to be shorter so you gain negative chamber as it corners? I have done this on my video but think maybe I have done it too much?
Red Beard please help I recently installed the GP performance kit and torque converter kit on my CT200U. After install I turned it on and turned the choke off and it takes off at full speed. Happened twice it gohst rided down the street until it finally fell over. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
I have a 170cc cazador it has a gy6 clone I hate it . Can't find parts specific to it. I ran across your 670 video could I run this in a four seater go cart?
Hey red beard love the videos as always and always love to c how good if a job u do wud love to buy a kart that u build for a bigger guy can or will u let me know if its possible and what the price wud b thank you
ok it looks great BUT why cheese out on the crap shocks and motor . for the money id want some fox or king shocks . and some power at least a 600 bike motor or a rotax fuck that cheap ass briggs clone
This should have been called the ultimate offroad gokart build. This thing is so rad
It's great to see you enjoying a ride after all your hard work. The grey arms look good too. Can't wait to see the whole family running their toys together.
Thanks for the video.
I hope you and your family are healthy.
The grey actually looks pretty good.
Agreed, and I’d go so far as to suggest a atv style bumper out front to help protect the a arms and do it in the same color .

I like the grey and black. it's the exact same color as I used on my vertical shaft motorcycle.
Vertical shaft motorcycle?
Dang ginger did it again!!!! Beautiful!!
They gray doesn’t look too bad, it makes it stand out
a lot of your welds are beautiful i wish i had the same skill as you
I think the grey on black looks good.
Came out nice should be a happy customer 🧔
AWESOME CART RBG !!! but i spotted once small problem. those overflow line near the exhaust. if was me id redirect them back into the gas tank to lesson the risk of fire. other then that is a badazz build from RBG !!!
I totally agree about the overflow lines. They need to be dressed up and routed away from the exhaust.
Had to watch it before going to work, love watching your videos man
Great job man. Definitely the coolest kart you've built yet.
Thanks for the video RBG
Love your work man! You should add a hand brake to help with the understeer and sideways fun 👍 awesome creation.
Up late working hard, love it
Bruh this is my most favorite buggy you made yet, nice job🖒
Nice buggy I like the color too the gray looks really nice
It turned out awesome.
The sound is great had to turn down my phone for once the gray is purtty good nice build guy's and gal's

Before i die i want to pass a buggy like this to my boys
HELL YEAH!!! This buggy puts Honda odyssey's to SHAME!!😁✊🔥
Great job looks like a store bought go kart but it was made by you, all goes well be up there for your bday to show off Hulk in person

Should have had him repaint them to your needs.
I like the gray.
Pretty cool. I was wondering if the motor takes a beating mounted to a swing arm. "Shake it up"
I was about to comment on the same thing, but didn't know if this was normal or not?
Awesome
Looks great! Thinking that a steering stabilizer would be in order here.
It drives and steering is fine
It has 0 bump steer. No need for a stabilizer

Great content keep it up
You should have independent suspension in the rear

🔥AWESOME 🔥
Top speed runs 🤔🙄
Hopefully Smoke a Few Can AMS.. maybe Smaller back sprocket?
The placement of the gas tank to one side instead of centered makes my OCD go nuts lol
Love the video and edit bud 🤘🏻🐿🤘🏻
1:40 seat must of been heavy...pooped a little. 😂🤣
AWESOME KART!!! Makes me want one!! How much?

That was exactly what I though! Te suspension should be separated and the engine should be fixed in the cage
It'll be fine. Oh, wait, wrong channel. Oh well, it'll be fine, anyway.
It's no different than any other none IRS go kart with a rear swing arm.

The Grey's not bad actually
Man. Love the build! Wish you'd get bac to me cause I would for you to work on my buggy for me...
Any idea on engine weight with exhaust and super charger and alternator all hooked up?
Big boy toy for gravy bones. Nice build, what $$$$ would you value it at?
7:09 BEAST!!!! Mannnnn, y'all deliver or can arrange transport to Nevada? Sick of droolin over these builds man.
nice build, but please straighten that steering wheel out.
My very good 100%
I've been wanting to upgrade a scorpion gokart I have I want to put that kind of engine on it
It's too bad they're not silver, but I think the grey parts pop nicely.
Looks mean as shit! Love it!!!
Maybe I missed him but I didn't see link to the rims and tires you used
Thanks
Red Beards Garage what flange did you weld onto the front hubs for your disc mounts?
the one at 6:20, i need a pair
@@kenjones4291 there a custom part he had made
Air intake/filter location a little less than desirable. Other than that, I like it
If you extend it to move it it takes away from the power
How much would you charge to make an exact copy of that?
Links to the gauges please!
Why do most buggies use equal length top and bottom a arms? Aren’t the top a arms supposed to be shorter so you gain negative chamber as it corners? I have done this on my video but think maybe I have done it too much?
It gets it from the spindles an having adjustable arms help also
Ronnie Williz do you think how my one is setup is wrong? Have a look if you have time
What is the size of the tubes you use?
Where did you get the weld on brake caliper brackets
They ware custom made
Only 4 inches of ground clearance in the rear/back... Notice there is no angle of the back bottom underneath...
Are you going to paint the knuckles?
Exactly what I thought aswell

i don’t think it’s very funny
you're funny 😝

Top,top,top,
Gray a arm's are better. Black would show Every Little Ding
Have you ever raced or put your buggies up against any real side by sides? You should get with sxs blog youtube channel and race or something
Does this guy ever reply?
Are you willing to sell
Not a fan of that grey, it's really bland looking.
I want to visit your garage. So tell me your address please.
1:40 sounded like a fart
After all that and you left the hub rusty why not spray paint it black at least
There not rusty at all
Terrible looking powder coat finish!! Other than that, Nice work as always!
Grey looks good but dude better give you the hook up next time. You saved him some money 💰 not making him redo it.
Paint the knuckles lol
They are
Bad ars
