At first I hated what they did with zombies, but I’m really liking this iteration. I’m always down for innovation, but something about the DMZ style turned me off at first but after playing it for many hours, I can say it’s pretty good, in my opinion. Excited for the new content.
Wow after a decade later the VR-11 makes it's return! I really hope this version of it is better than the last one. Also the New Dark Aether map looks pretty cool.

As someone who's been playing zombies for over a decade, the first comment I see on a new zombies trailer featuring crazy dark Aether shenanigans and the return of the VR-11 being "Woah more stash space and schematics, no way!" is absolutely wild.
I'm excited to try out MW3 zombies once Christmas rolls around. I've heard good things, and if it's as good as it sounds, it might be the main mode for me this year.
It’s not that bad it can get buggy but with an open world game it’s basically expected to happen. Very fun to play and also more solo friendly than I thought it’d be and overall still challenging.
Now I don't work at treyarch but imagine gulf War is about a month from releasing and we get 3 imagines kino covered in dark aether moon covered in dark aether and verruckt covered in dark aether as a "leak" than early access campaign week there's a enn credits scene richtofen gets teloported into the dark aether it goes first person and as he's looking around and looks up there is a Silhouette floating in the air tell me this wouldn't be hype
And yes I'm saying it I'm predicting they're gonna release chronicles 2 with gulf War it would be the perfect time to as Samantha is seamingly going insane in the dark aether and is doing stuff like the forsaken we could get a scenario where Dr Monty revives the crew and says fix this and they have to weaken and then capture Samantha and while gulf War is focused on that releasing a remaster of all the bo1 maps in the dark aether and twisted cod 2025 can be focused on capturing her and have the final easter egg be us trapping her back on agartha or a version of the pyramid from moon on a dark aether origins like come on that's dope
And we'll be getting it in the next Black Ops game in 2024, it's already been leaked that it will have two round based maps at launch, and of course more than it's dlc season. But MWIII isn't Treyarch's game, it's Sledgehammers. Let them work on MWZ and experiment while the main team focuses all of their cooking for round based for Black Ops: Gulf War in 2024 to make it a banger.

Vanguard is Vanguard better left unspoken. Though MWZ is spoiling the shit outta us with all the content we’re gettin yet people still complain, like Treyarch is just a company of people, which is worse since they work under Activision and haven’t been given their proper time to work on a game until AFTER Cold War. So if ya wanna complain about lack of good easter eggs and simple maps blame Activision cause they’ve been keeping Treyarch to work on games that even aren’t theirs.

I think there’s a lot of promise to this mode, but I think I’d like it a lot more if there was another round-based mode that connected heavily to this. Like maybe utilizing those new Vortex maps being used for that MP mode? Idk
I imagine if those Vortex maps wind up being as zombies themed as they appear to be, they could be repurposed into little survival maps if they really wanted to do that Plus it gives an additional use to event maps that are completely unplayable any other time of the year otherwise
You might be cooking with this idea. Loads of rumors have been floating around about round based content, it'd be really easy and simple to make some survival maps based off of these new maps. And it would give Treyarch a platform to test round based systems and gameplay for next years zombies
I don't know the chances of this getting to the dev team, but in the next zombies, I have one suggestion to make when it comes to the game mechanics; do not put bonus points in the drop cycle until someone opens a door. That would make so many high round and first room players happy. It wouldn't hurt the egg players necessarily, because you could function the maps to have faster spawns the the two siding rooms or just one of them, so they could get their points fast to get the egg done and have bonus points in their cycle. Please think about it
Raising the game time limit to 2 hours for Modern Warfare 3's zombie mode for future seasons would be really good. Currently, 1 hour is really too fast, it's frustrating...😭😢
Al Bagra Fortress from MW2 has been seen in the Dark Aether portion and is shown in this trailer so it's possible that the dark aether portion of the map is actually on the Al Mazera Warzone map, either that or it's a mixture of several different things.
