Theovania perfectly suits the hopelessness Sans must feel, just wanting Frisk to give up and take another route, before he breaks down, probably crying from holding back so much emotional pain, and then Frisk hugs Sans for comfort, and shows him MERCY.
Canon underfell's motivation in killing human is mostly to use their soul to overpower Asgore and than free monsters, because canonical Asgore just wants to torture them.

I honestly think Theovania is perfect for Underfell, seeing how you're blamed for the death of Papyrus and everyone else in the Betrayal route. It sounds a lot more serious, as it's proved that Underfell sans is a lot more than Undertale sans is, If you've seen the comic where Papyrus is given his scars by Asgore and "joins" the Royal Guard.
