Hello, how did you discharge the ac systems before you replace the solenoid? Also how did you recharge the ac systems as well. Hoping you could reply. Thanks!
There will be a sticker under the hood or on the radiator shroud that will tell you what kind of refrigerant to use. This guy just let it out into the atmosphere instead of doing it correctly. Read your owners manual and it will tell you what kind of refrigerant to us3 and probably how much.
my axio same model have ac compressor problem .. like it works absolutely fine and chilled and after few minutes it stops working then after few minutes it starts working again absolutely fine ... could that be a soleniod valve problem ???
@@yashawngraham3035 sir i was about to change the solonoid valve but i didnt find solonoid valve in my country market alone .. there fore the mechanic give me some other corolla compressor to fit in it and now i have install the compressor so it works good..
Yes. they will be a fair amount of pressure in the lines. removing solenoid circlip could case the solenoid to go flying causing harm and a big mess probably will lose some ac oil as well. So to be safe remove the gas first.
@legendaryrickmett An AC technician recommended that I buy a clutch compressor rather than going back to the clutchless types, which compressor did you replace yours with ?
I have a 2010 Corolla. My AC has the right pressure and works good until the car is at normal operating temp. Shortly afterwards the compressor starts making clicking noises and turns off and on in short increments. Could mine be this solenoid also?
Jackson Cruz I can’t say for sure , I’m not a mechanic, my best advice is to check a mechanic/AC guy. But it’s similar to what I was experiencing as well.
thank you for the information
My car ac is blowing hot air is replacing the sensor will make it work back or i need a new compressor?
hi man , did you take out the gas or not or only release the clip (low gas cover )?

Hi, You would have to go to a certified AC guy, who would release and pressure the correct Gas type in the compressor, I believe this one was R32.

Get it done correctly! A shop or AC repair shop should properly remove the Freon.
Is the AC Compressor still working now or the problem has reoccur ?

Good day, I'm having a problem whereby when I accelerate, my car's AC system stops cooling, as a fellow Caribbean person what is the part number?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, especially if you're from trini
Which valve it is send me a number or pictures
Harry Ramlal 07404B1, that was the only number I saw on the defective valve.
It is illegal to release refrigerant gas into the atmosphere.
