200km/h and 160km/h at a Polish High-Speed Line (CMK)

That was probably one of the fastest videos I've ever uploaded here. The line is soon to be certified to speeds up to 250km/h, but as of january 2024 its max line speed is 200km/h. The Pendolino ETR610 that can be seen in the video set a world record for Pendolino train type in 2013, going 293km/h on that exact line.

W którym miejscu CMK jest jednotorowa ?

Na zakręcie za stacją myszków mrzygłód dwa tory rozchodzą się od siebie na odległość ok. 330m, stąd wygląda to na filmie jakby był jednotor.
