Wow, what a testimony, what impacted me the most about the storyline is "the bush" and how God uses this bush to save these young people. It reminds me of #exodus3:4 (Exodus 3:4 AMP) [4] When the Lord saw that he turned away [from the flock] to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” ❤😭😭😭 That increases my faith in God, He can use a bush one more time, that was The Lord! I'm glad you noticed that. We were walking around the beach in Tel Aviv pretty late at night and looking for a spot to film. Shalev got off of work pretty late. We decided on the bench, despite the people making noise behind. It seemed to sync up with what he was talking about well. It was profound when they all started getting up and dancing in the background as Shalev was remembering and retelling about Nova. B

Our Jewish friends are very loved. There are millions praying for you. We believe in your Jewish Messiah Yeshua. There is no one better who understands your pain, rejection and grievance. God did this because of His great love. God’s cup of wrath was taken by Jesus so that people may have eternal life and be redeemed to God. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. All of our sins were nailed to that cross. The only reason why these terrible things happen is not because we wage war with flesh on flesh but because of the evil principalities of this world. Some can rescue us from physical destruction, but only One can rescue us from the spiritual destruction we have all earned through our sinful choices. Jesus can remove all guilt, making those who trust in Him 100% spotless and in full compliance with God's perfect standard of righteousness. It feels good to be 100% forgiven, that's for sure. :)

There was no music from the Nova Festival in the video. We selected one short instrumental track at the beginning from a music directory, one short clip from a symphony, and then the rest of the music was captured by our mic because the people hanging out right behind the bench were playing music on a boom box.

There was a group of Israelis dancing in the background for most of the video, and they started playing their music through a sound system off and on throughout the interview. You may be referring to this. However, we did add a sound track for the first few minutes, which you may also be referring to. Regarding that track, now you're venturing into subjectivity and musical preferences. You're too kind of a person to get nitpicky about that, I'm sure. ;)

One thing you may not understand having lived in a peaceful land your whole life is that people in war zones aren't often criers. They experience heartbreak, death, and danger all the time. They still feel what you would feel in a tragedy, but they might not cry like you would or allow themselves to get emotionally stirred up. They just sit and retell the story and only cry when they have no other choice - and that does happen sometimes. One of the people we interviewed often can't get out of bed for days on end due to the trauma of what they went through. But that person retold their story with transparency and strength while we filmed. We found that Israeli culture does not always seek attention through outward emotion. They value emotional strength and don't seek attention. They just sit and tell what happened. But they are internally affected in major ways from their traumatic experiences. We are so glad Shalev was willing to retell his story. B
Everyone deals with trauma in their own way. The focus of this interview was not so much about how the trauma of 10/7 affected Shalev , but what happened to him and his friends on that day.

I'm glad you noticed that. We were walking around the beach in Tel Aviv pretty late at night and looking for a spot to film. Shalev got off of work pretty late. We decided on the bench, despite the people making noise behind. It seemed to sync up with what he was talking about well. It was profound when they all started getting up and dancing in the background as Shalev was remembering and retelling about Nova. B
My God, this was ghastly. I cried when you said u prayed to God who was "your only hope at that point". I cried because I knew that HE is the hope. HE is the one we have to rely on before man. But HE does not hold it against us, HE remains merciful and that's why u still here. May HE be your hope always.

As a South African coloured, I see this young man as one of us. The Jews really look like coloureds. . Many of them anyway. 😊❤️ Just my observation.
Our Jewish friends are very loved. There are millions praying for you. We believe in your Jewish Messiah Yeshua. There is no one better who understands your pain, rejection and grievance. God did this because of His great love. God’s cup of wrath was taken by Jesus so that people may have eternal life and be redeemed to God. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. All of our sins were nailed to that cross.
The only reason why these terrible things happen is not because we wage war with flesh on flesh but because of the evil principalities of this world.
We yearn for Christ’s return to end the evil. What’s happening now is people are confronted with their beliefs in God around the globe. There is enmity between Satan’s seed and her seed (the daughter of Zion) and an uprising of choosing right over wrong. The kingdom of God belongs to children. We need to have a heart like a child to enter it. The least considered of those in this world are the greatest of us in heaven. It’s the only hope I have in this madness.

Some can rescue us from physical destruction, but only One can rescue us from the spiritual destruction we have all earned through our sinful choices. Jesus can remove all guilt, making those who trust in Him 100% spotless and in full compliance with God's perfect standard of righteousness. It feels good to be 100% forgiven, that's for sure. :)

Was it really necessary (on a Christian/Messianic) channel, to have the Nova festival music in the video? Not one other video with testimonies of the 7th of October has that... pretty sad and completely not fit for a channel like this...
There was no music from the Nova Festival in the video. We selected one short instrumental track at the beginning from a music directory, one short clip from a symphony, and then the rest of the music was captured by our mic because the people hanging out right behind the bench were playing music on a boom box.
Trying to listen to this powerful message but it’s hard to concentrate with the dance music in the background. Not even beat matched.

Shalev... you are exactly correct - the fallacy is that the Nova [Trance] festival was a peaceful expression of love and freedom. Isra'el (primarily Yerushalayim) is the Land ADONAI, GOD, chose to be His future permanent residence among His Creation - with the Believing Jews and Gentiles as facilitators and caretakers of His personal property [though the entire world belongs to Him]. The Nova festival was no different than the Hebrews who soon forgot GOD at the foot of Mt. Sinai, worshipping idols, dancing lewdly, and forsaking the One who had proven Himself, time and again, as Isra'el's Redeemer. As Simchat Torah was supposed to be, being celebrated (commemorating the night Moshe completed writing down what the behavior of ADONAI's people should reflect...) those participating in mindlessness, drug and alcohol stupors, illicit sex, and bondage to SIN [Self-Ish-Ness] yet again tainting GOD's chosen land and people -brought His wrath. And YES - if the USA and the rest of the nations on GOD's earth - do not repent and turn from their same SIN... the wrath of our Glorious Creator will be felt throughout the World.

There was a group of Israelis dancing in the background for most of the video, and they started playing their music through a sound system off and on throughout the interview. You may be referring to this. However, we did add a sound track for the first few minutes, which you may also be referring to. Regarding that track, now you're venturing into subjectivity and musical preferences. You're too kind of a person to get nitpicky about that, I'm sure. ;)

One thing you may not understand having lived in a peaceful land your whole life is that people in war zones aren't often criers. They experience heartbreak, death, and danger all the time. They still feel what you would feel in a tragedy, but they might not cry like you would or allow themselves to get emotionally stirred up. They just sit and retell the story and only cry when they have no other choice - and that does happen sometimes. One of the people we interviewed often can't get out of bed for days on end due to the trauma of what they went through. But that person retold their story with transparency and strength while we filmed. We found that Israeli culture does not always seek attention through outward emotion. They value emotional strength and don't seek attention. They just sit and tell what happened. But they are internally affected in major ways from their traumatic experiences. We are so glad Shalev was willing to retell his story. B

Everyone deals with trauma in their own way. The focus of this interview was not so much about how the trauma of 10/7 affected Shalev , but what happened to him and his friends on that day.

Going two thousand years back, Josephus provided an eyewitness account of the Roman occupation's destruction of Israeli towns/cities and the forced exile of the Jewish people. At minimum, you should check out the Table of Contents and the summary provided of each chapter to see what was taking place in Israel around 70AD. There is no doubt that it was Jewish land, through and through.
