Duuuuuude I'm only 12.5 minutes into this and already I feel like I'm seeing through new eyeballs!!!! There's literally money everywhere! I'm surrounded by money!
Amazing!!!! The belief “I need to suffer a certain amount in order to be worthy of money” …. The question, “Who benefits from me believing that?” CHILLS. Thank you thank you thank you for this 🙏🏼
Whew. Chills! All of this was incredibly helpful, but I wanted to share a money story that you helped me rewrite with your prompts about an hour and 5 minutes in: I’m adopted. My mom made the decision to give me up when she was 7 months pregnant and working at McDonalds making $3/hr. Years later, in a regression meditation, I realized that what was imprinted was that there was not enough money for me to exist. When I went through your questions, that story came up, but the new realization was that I couldn’t have money if I had kids. I got pregnant around the age as my birth mom and I chose to keep my child-to make it work. But I have struggled financially my entire adult life (20+ years and 3 kids later). I think it’s time to rewrite that story. Thank you so much. ❤
WOW wow wow, I just realized that's what I've been saying to myself also. Got it from my mom also. I use to ask why don't we ever have any money and my mom would tell me that!! "I don't have any money because I've got a bunch of kids!!" There was 3 of us.
Am screaming! Just a few hrs ago, a situation led me to realize that I need to redefine what debt means to me. This is what I wrote out. ‘A return of gratitude and appreciation in the form of money, for services rendered that allowed me to do what I needed to do when I needed to do it. That last part is also how I now define abundance. The ability to do what I need to do, when I need to do it. To then click on a video I have never searched for or watched and hear all this is just confirmation that I can continue to trust myself ❤
A lot of what Bashar teaches is said here 🥰 Your highest excitement Abundance is being able to do what you need to do when you need to do it ♥️ Great interview ♥️
30:55 "is this true...who benefits from me believing that I have to struggle to be worthy of money...which systems and structures are living within us..." hit. The. Point. Dead square and center!❤
I clicked on this video reluctantly. Thinking it would have been another vague and baseless podcast about money. To my surprise this is the most clear and practical perspective I have ever received about finance. Thanks!
I LOVE Kate!!!! Thank you for this timely introduction! I needed this insightful and helpful conversation more than I knew!! Soooo gooood!!!! And Emily, rocking the Lakshmi vibes...stunning as always!!🙏💖💰🤸♂️🧘♂️😘
I needed this so much! I always try to be in gratitude, but sometimes I need a reminder to do it consciously before I look at my bills and bank accounts. Thank you😊
Kate's laugh alone was worth the price of admission! I loved this interview so much. Lots of familiar themes that I already know and live (or at least try to!), but hearing them in her words and perspective was really lovely. Thank you!
OMG! I am blown away by this conversation! Yes, how amazing Kate Northup is. So much wisdom. I need to watch again to take note. Thank you Emily your questions and Kate’s answers are perfect convo.
WOW THIS IS POWERFUL ON SO MANY LEVELS! I shared with many! Brilliant! ❤ I love how it touches on the practical and the invisible so deeply and with such impact! This is a huge game changer
So many take aways I can’t even post them here 😂😂 my favorite though was the analogy of our relationship to money being like to our life force/our power.
I don't think that feeling anger to get it out works. I believe it magnifies it. This may be because it's a secondary emotion. That is one that covers another such as fear or shame.
Sometimes we have to move through the emotions, turn and embrace them head on. By feeling them, we gain control. The anger does not control us, it is a part of us that deserves to be felt and heard.
This is sooo on time for me. I am sitting in this right now! I keep asking my ethers for help! I am working to understand taxes in my entrepreneurial endeavors and get a system created. I am riddled with guilt and feel like I’m in the fetal position around this.
i understand money and power as connected to the solar plexus chakra above the sacral... in the bible, that's why judas the banker had his stomach issues causing his death (and greed was the reason he betrayed jesus).. money isn't necessarily a bad thing, but greed is because greed implies accumulating it such that others don't have it.. greed hoards, doesn't share -- so greed will cheat others out of earnings through malevolence and fraudulence...
Perfect question Who Benefits from ME BELIVING THIS. ABSOLUTELY 💯 Making money is really not the issue, its keeping it from going out to OTHERS Making THEIR LIFESTYLE BETTER 💯 We need to teach people how to MAKE THEIR MONEY WORK FOR THEM. 🎉
Yes! Detachment is sexy! Holding on to a dream or desire too tight, can scare away the dream. Some things are out of our control, we have to trust that what we deserve will come to us!
Wow this was truly gaslighting. The 100 people that own the worlds funds will never allow for ai to be programmed to reallocate their assets. Your message is passivizing us…
This conversation is about empowering individuals, while also tapping into flow energy. To clarify, "going with the flow" does not mean sitting back and letting things happen to you. It means not worrying about certain things that are beyond your control, and trusting that if you put in the work, the universe will provide what you deserve.
Honey it's all made up, however money is what will buy my bus pass, pay rent and get some food. It's a currency in the form of paper made in a printing shop.
I've never heard a valid argument in favor of capitalism. Proponents of capitalism only ever try to implement gaslighting and/or logical fallacies. Really. Try to have a sane, civil, honest conversation with any proponent of capitalism, and they'll prove my point. But if you like all manner products within the capitalst matrix, if you own a business, and have employees. and you still want a much more sane and harmonious economic system, You're Not A Fucking Hypocrite. Don't let them silence you with that weak argument . It would be just as ridiculous to argue that one is a hypocrite for drinking city tap water, when they had no other options , and therefore one shouldn't be able consider better sources of water. Narcissistic personality disorder is an epedemic. And when they project "well the problem is nobody wants to work. " Ask them what landlords even fucking do . Ask them what the CEO of Starbucks actually does . Etc. No shade at seasons of nondoership. But shade @ projection.

Yessss!
Money = Ledger
Well she’s just basically saying to have a desire but not be attached to how you get it.

Ce n'est pas le problème judéo chrétiens seul les catholique ont une relation malsaine avec l'argent avec l'abondance.
Most Christians are raised to believe that "the love of money is the root of all evil".
