  • Heat Exchangers, Chillers, Evaporators, Condensers, Generator Fans and Air Exchangers all have cooling coils surrounded by fins that get plugged up over time with dirt and other debris as air moves through them. This causes these expensive machines to work harder and use more energy. A coil fouled with dirt and grime cannot supply proper heat transfer and results in greater energy consumption.
Our Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting technology can improve the efficiency of fin fan coolers by up to 35%. Compared to other methods of industrial cleaning, Dry Ice Blast Cleaning can penetrate deep into the tube bundle, blasting away years of dust and debris without damaging the delicate fins. Using other methods of industrial cleaning can result in the creation of secondary waste, requiring the clean up of both the cleaning medium and the debris.
Preventive maintenance is not something that anyone can afford to neglect or ignore. This can cost you and your business in the long run. Problems don’t go away on their own; they will get worse with time and shut you down.
Cleaning with Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting Provides:
    No secondary waste
Reduced cleaning time (up to 80%)
    Increase in Quality standards
Clean-in-place, no cooldown, with minimal disassembly
    A non-abrasive clean that won’t damage substrates
    Non-conductive process
    Media entrapment elimination
    Increased operator safety
    An environmentally responsible clean

How to figure how much ice is required for industrial job such as this or printing press, etc.. Is there a calculation behind it?
