It's high production with the aim of enjoymend and psychedelic experience simulation and stimulation. commercial music like popular house, trap are good at being attractive to people who dont listen to much music. They are good at the commercial part; making people popular and making young people feel involved in a crowd. Sure if you look at the quality of production, psychedelic is generally much better but the blunt statement of yours sounds close minded.
