Bought my house June 1983 in St. Vital and paid $38,000.00. In 2024 I only pay $133.00 a month property taxes. Have lived in Winnipeg for 72 years.

Where is Berrydale Avenue in St. Vital?

It is south of Fermor and intersects with both St. Anne's Road and St Mary's Road!

Very valuable information, is it easy to rent a house (one bedroom and one living room) in the community?

We can't comment as much on the rental space, as we don't really work in the rental business. There are often rentals available in the area though - the best places to check are Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and Rentals.ca
