You might not have the physique but you can always build stamina by playing, if you aren't good at it just do short passes and work the other stuff out later.

The first goal was really a good run, the forward made his movement just nice yo beat the offside and tricked the defender so he got himself a huge space to penetrate the line, yet he didnt try score by himself he made a nice assist to the open teammate. Thats the result when you pay even the tiniest detail with much efforts

ive played sunday league games as a regista and man it sucks when your center midfielder doesnt put the work in and is tunnel visioned some wingers and forwards who try to play midfield thinks its merely carrying the ball and passing forward you literally need to traverse the pitch and ensure there is passing lanes for your teammates always and hold the shape in defense lots of offball movement and keeping your head up
A team needs to sign this man he is pro level with that much stress on his back when he gets the ball to be able to stay composed like that is astonishing. Edit: I could never: can you ?🤔

I've played midfield in a tryout it was too frustrating especially if it's a try out everyone is going to pressure you when you get the ball I've had the worst try out ever and I never bothered going back cuz I know I'm not cut on playing for college soccer. It's sad but it is what it is
