Would it better to have it as a front mounted attachment, and have the rollers on the back? You can grade and compact in pass. The rollers can act as a counter balance if not required.

Or you could just put rollers on the "front".

Having the implement on the front kills your ability to steer, go look for a PTH Speed Grader, the tractors cant steer.
