Money, financial condition is also important aspect in career/life decisions of students coming from middle class family. If you could have touched that point a bit as well it would have been good. Not everyone has choices, time and money constraints also hold us back most of the times, which didn't get highlighted. I hope if possible in next video you could just talk about it a bit.
Career planning is not an event it's a process, lifetime process. You could prioritise the things in life sometime you will have time and money for yourself,that's when you will search your path again.

I really admire Mr. Warikoo as a person, and one of his biggest strengths is the combination of his intelligence and experience of life . In this video too, he clearly seemed much more intelligent and experienced about career planning than the guest (I guess Mayuri should rather get a new framework built from Mr. warikoo himself : P). Also admire how humble he is, and never tried to take over the attention form the guest, though he definitely pointed to much better aspects

This is a very lucid yet amazing frame work. I have a suggestion where we can add one more aspect to it of P - Privilege and period Many of us may or may not have the privilege to take that year gap, take that plunge and explore considering the family situation. Nevertheless, there’s always some way to figure out how to pursue our dreams. But considering this privilege factor would help us to know where we stand and how we use this framework in a way that would help to manage our current responsibilities.

Nevertheless, there’s always some way to figure out how to pursue our dreams. I loved this conversation. It's such a powerful message you both conveyed. I am also in my mid career and left it recently to pursue what I wanted to be. I had gone through all these why, what and how questions asking myself and obviously the ROI as Mayuri mentioned at the beginning. I am still in the process of finding my ROI but I am definite it won't be disappointing anyway.
