    This is my kind of food and mind you it takes me back to my country in Xaghra Gozo. Those Ftajar with fresh goats cheese my mum used to make and I make them sometimes but not that often. Mind you mine won’t be with Gbejniet ( fresh cheese ) but I use ricotta cheese instead. Thank you for this lovely Video.
