to be honest for me its baemon because they have variety either it be vocals ( all seven of them have different range of vocals , texture , feel , pitch and sensiblity to their voices ) rap ( ahyeon is equal to high tone rapper , ruka is equal to powerful deep voice rapper whereas asa is equal to fast and clear tone rapper and the best thing is they all 3 alone can eat the whole 4th gen all gg rappers ) , whereas dance yes all of them are good in it like its my first time seeing a girl group who has all the members good in dancing and yes some of them are very strong in it and dont you dare to talk about sp because if you know yg has the best stage presence and swag and dont come here crying for visuals because they all are unique unlike some of the ggs whose girlies are hard indentify some of the times

what makes Baby Monster stands out is because of their diverse talent, all YG groups has this diversity where they bring their own color from the audience and people remember them even with eyes close. While keeping their own color, they also keeping the YG trademarks.
So meaning with diverse talents, a group can do every concept with that diversity. Just like how bigbang to treasure showee their image with different concepts they tried cute concept, sexy to swag concept and anything making sure it has still their own flavor with a little bit of YG trademark.
Thats why in BP, even they have cute concept it still sounds like YG/Blackpink. And this is the same with all YG groups.
Every YG groups stands out because of these formula And the member's participation on making song is a plus
It's easy to say other groups have better vocals but it's harder to say that they can win against YG's unique vocalists.

Nmixx as a group are more synchronised and have a better dynamic than babymonster though. Not to mention no other gg can sing like them with hard choreos.

Baby monster slay rap dance and sp nmixx slay vocal and nmixx is one the strongest vocal group in 4th generation along with aespa in a reason
From my own analysis, I would say Baby Monster wins in all three categories. Rap and Dance is self-explanatory but I have my own reason for vocals. They’re both one of the best vocal groups ever. Both Baby Monster and Nmixx have three vocalists each who are so powerful that they can be main vocalists in almost any other group out there. So tie for the top vocal unit.
However, the next vocal trio from each group (Pharita, Chiquita and Asa) vs (Bae, Kyujin, Jiwoo), it’s a clear win for Baemon because Pharita and Chiquita though not as powerful as the top3, have the skills of strong main vocalists while none of the Nmixx trio can make it to a main vocal tier. Asa and Bae tie next and then comes Jiwoo, Ruka (weakest vocal of Baemon but can sing pretty well like Jiwoo) and Kyujin.
Baemon vocalists also have a wider variety of technique, texture, more pitch variations, better vocal agility showcased and each vocalist have different styles which makes them a more vocally rounded group where all three vocalists of Nmixx follow very similar techniques and wcased the same type of vocals since debut which is speaking a lot because Baemon has not even debuted yet
So Baemon has more powerful vocals in my opinion

Although baemon has a variety of different vocal tones and colors, Nmixx at least from what I’ve seen is more cohesive as in the work together(harmonization and such) which makes them stronger vocally to me, but I can’t wait to see more from babymonster

Dance - it depends on the concept, YGE is widely known to have freestyle type of dance choreo, where their artists can perform freely w/ easier dance & enjoy the stage, whereas JYPE really knows how to utilize hooky & trendy dance choreo
Vocal - now this is interesting & I actually look forward to each grps main vocalists. Where JYPE have super talented vicalists, almost all.members can sing, YGE had more unique vocalists, whose vocal tones are colorful, or flexible depending on the song they perform.
All in all, both kpop grps have their own brand reputation & image & concept to uphold or maintain, both grps were titally hyped by the fans & agency alike predebut yet their actual group identity is yet to be seen or revealed. As for nmixx, they defnitely have super well rounded members, while Baemon have 1 or 2 members who are weak to average in vocals or dancing, rapping. BUT, charisma & stage presence wise, i think i'd have to give it to baemon. Though they were hyped, you can see they deserve the hype. As yg painstakingly chose w/c member to debut yet he decided to debut all members shows the great potential he saw in them. PLUS, Altjough nmixx have strong well rounded members, their combination is kinda off. As what YHS stated in baemon evaluation ends, it's not abt who's the best dancer, vocalist, rapper, but who's the most compatible & coordinated members visually since forming a grp isn't just abt the individual talents but the overall image & therefore, charisma produced by a grp to attract more unsuspecting viewers. Where JYPE or SME or other agency cater to the mainstream kpop, YGE has always been a black sheep, continuing their conquest for global music market by combining the eastern & western elements in music.

I don’t even have to watch this to tell you baby monster is unbeatable at this point. When Nmixx came out I was like wow they all sing so well, it’s true. Baby monster has blown everyone out of the water and they haven’t even debuted. Baby monster wins for rap, dance, vocals (keep in mind baby monster has 2 rappers who aren’t vocalists so they don’t fall into this category). Baby monster also has much better command of the stage, their stage presence and synchronization is better.

In music, it's not about liking "the best" in a ranking, it's about loving the one who you appreciate for their passion, skills, hard work, and the way they personally connect with you. That's the way to praise a group imo, I always get curious about a group when someone highlights those things about them, without all the comparing.
There's tons of artists I personally love who aren't objectively "the best" in a specific ranking, they don't need to win a competition to make me love their work. And I can recognize those who are more skilled as such, but simply don't resonate as much with me.
These people obsessed with pitting their favs against other people in rankings and badmouth and disrespect others are uncomfortable with loving someone for who they are, and don't really care about objective unbiased analysis.

Both group have nice vocals but baby monster vocals can mix together without sounding messy, and their voice is so unique that you can point out who is singing.
If you listen to their music you will know.
I will say that babymonster vocal is better. This is based on my own opinion.

That girl on 3.07 is Lily. She is really good vocalist. Actually she is the best vocalist of 4gen. Second best is Haewon (also from nmixx) and third is Ningning (you probably know her from aespa)

I feel like we shouldn’t compare them just because NMIXX is a vocal based group while BABYMONSTER is an all-rounder based group, don’t get me wrong but we do kinds have to wait for BABYMONSTER to debut so we can rank their dance and stage presence better; as for rap and vocals, we can (kinda) do it right now since we are getting covers with them using their raw skills. Both groups are great but maybe we should just wait for BABYMONSTER to debut so we can rank them together.
I know this was a month ago but nmixx is marketed as a all-rounder group as well.
It's just that they have the best vocals in fourth gen (at least for groups) that make it seem otherwise.

Both NMIXX and Baby Monsters are insanely talented and all rounders but the only problem they may face is the group concept and song choice. There are many groups in gen 4 who don’t reach their level of ability but the songs reach top charts.
That’s what make big groups like BTS and Blackpink big. They have balanced level of skills and songs.

Nmixx is a talented group from a company that does not understand the pulse of current trends.
Babymonster is a talented group that understands their targeted audiences very well.
If we could hear Nmixx covering more trendy songs in their debut/trainee days, we would be just as hooked to them as we are with Baemon. As audiences we want to " relate" and Nmixx's sound has never been relatable.
Not true nmixx has covered several of popular songs. People were really hooked on them before their debut.People couldn't believe how talented they are when they showed all of their pre debut content.Aside from rap nmixx beats babymonsters in everything.Its just that they had a bad start with their songs that didnt appeal to the General audience
@@guinnmyahslaysstaymad but nmixx have just covered songs their recent songs aren't trendy as the songs of hybe or yg grps are .... yg and hybe are expert at understanding modern tastes of music and pretty good at marketing whereas jyp takes poor efforts in terms of marketing and modern sense of music othervise ITZY and nmixx would have been so much compatible to hybe groups cause they have that potential.
