Thank you, I´m pretty new creating miniature printables!
Your English is Fine and don't lose the accent ❤
Ohh thank you! Actually I look very nervous and shy in this video, it was my first time doing a long form in english😁
Amazing how quick you make the basics with the computer :) They are really cute :) I do everything the old fashioned way: I draw a design; ink it on a old fashioned light-box, on a new A4 paper, color it with colored ecoline inks, scan it in my computer, edit it with my bamboo drawing board(Erasing and coloring is all what I have mastered so far ) and then print it out. I feel so much a dinosaur watching young people work with all the modern tools. When I make a miniature packaging for my 1/6 scale roomboxes; I scan a real food-package; ask hubby to make it the right size and then print it out and assemble. Sometimes I use Powerpoint to make mini books etc with pictures of real bookcovers and foodpackaging I find online because it an easy program.
Thank you so much, Esther!! 🥰 Sometimes, doing things in an old fashioned way is so much more charming than relying on technology. But the truth is, technology is often more precise and faster. I'm an illustrator, and sometimes I just want to grab my paper and pencils and forget about the tablet.
When my brothers gifted me the tablet, I didn’t know anything about how to use it, so I watched many tutorials (if I could do it, you can too!). Btw, I’m not that young, I’m 45!!😋
@@aninka_miller I got my first 3e hand computer gifted somewhere in my 30's (windows 3.1)and my 2 friends who helped me with it then knew everything about computers except desk-top publishing so I know what you can do with those program's just not how to do that myself. Hubby helped me a bit with Photoshop ; so I know how to color my drawings but I noticed I can draw and and ink and color one A3 size drawing in 3 days while with the computer it takes me 2 weeks with severe migraines as a result... But maybe I will try drawing on a tablet some day ; You Tube is a great source of learning new things. I like the feeling of working with materials and tools in my hands :) The last 4 years I am mainly working in 3D after years doing illustrations etc. Modern technology has moved so fast(from my brother with his Commodore 64 in the 80's till what we have now); I feel like always running behind it; I am 54 by the way LOL
@@estherwijnbeek8072 See? I’m just a few years younger than you! 😋I remember my older brother got an Amstrad for Christmas back in the 80s, and that was the first time I used Paint. Things have definitely evolved a lot since then! I encourage you to learn how to use the tablet and combine both techniques: analog and digital!👏
It's nice to be of certain age where we can combine new with old because who else will 😊@@estherwijnbeek8072
