Thank You Fr.Warner For Your Beautiful Wonderful Inspiring Daily Teachings May God Bless You Always And Keep You In Good Health Please Keep Up All The Good Works Fr.Warner.
Good morning Fr. Warner. I'm grateful for the organic growth in learning my Bible. It is purely through your videos that the Lord God has proclaimed the word to me. Shukran sana.
Thank you Fr.Warner another inspiring homily and also for courageously speaking about the atrocities in Gaza. A few of us who have the courage to speak up about this especially to our Catholic or Christian friends, get aggressively opposed and attacked for our stance. The thing is most of us including myself have a pre-conception that the Jewish people being victims of the holocaust were always the victims of hatred and envy for many many years. And not to mention they are the "chosen people" and Israel the "promised land". Taking into context all that, they could do no wrong. So much so that we always automatically take their side regardless of the situation. Everything they say, seems to be the gospel truth so to speak. Having been to Jerusalem and walked where Jesus walked, I also had that same mindset. But after 7th October 2023 and after watching and seeing the atrocities I can't help but condemn the IDF and Nethanyahu. This is nothing short of a genocide and it's is crystal clear that the mission of BN is to wipe out the entire Gaza and to ethnically cleansed the Palestinians. Since this Israeli government headed by BN has so much influence in USA, anything spoken against them is deemed anti Semite. Let's be clear, even his own people reject him. Their very own Haaretz a prominent Israeli newspaper has called it a genocide. For many of us Christians with a pre- conceived mindset have a deep-seated reverence for the Jewish people and the state of Israel. This reverence, however, can sometimes cloud our judgment when evaluating actions taken by a modern state. The atrocities in Gaza, particularly after October 7, 2023, have forced many to confront these preconceptions. The loss of innocent lives particularly innocent women and children, and the disproportionate use of force by the IDF under BN’s government cannot be ignored. As Christians, we are called to stand for justice and the dignity of all people, including Palestinians, who are also made in the image of God. Recognizing this does not negate the historical suffering of the Jewish people or the horrors of the Holocaust. Instead, it calls for a deeper understanding that oppression in any form, regardless of who perpetrates it, must be opposed. The narrative of anti-Semitism, often weaponized against those who critique the Israeli government, complicates this further. Criticizing policies or leaders like BN is not anti-Semitic; it is a moral and just response to injustice. Many Jews, including prominent voices in Israel itself, oppose these actions. This shows that standing for truth and justice transcends religious, ethnic, or national boundaries. As Christians, our allegiance is ultimately to Christ, who calls us to be peacemakers and defenders of the oppressed. Speaking out against injustice in Gaza is not just a political stance; it is a reflection of our faith and commitment to love, mercy, and justice. The courage to address these issues, even when faced with opposition, is a testament to our conviction.
Beautiful teaching Fr. As always you connect the ancient past to the present and make the word come alive to us all. You bring forth it's relevance in our times. God bless you always
Thank you Fr.Warner for today's reflection laying stress on the culture of Death in connection with Abortion. Thanks for focusing attention on pro- life issues and other areas in connection with the children being subjected to violence. Today was a heavy Christmas dose but it was essential. May the Holy Spirit continue to inspire and guide you Fr.Warner God bless you and protect you always 🙏 Fr.Warner May the Precious Blood flowing from the Sacred Wounds of Jesus cover you and protect you always 🙏
Hello Fr , Thank you for your reflection and connect with issues faced in the world. Following verse struck me from 1st reading 1Jn 1:5 NABRE "God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all." May we walk in the Light as he is in the light Brgds
Both the sides can meet across the table and not the battlefield and settle their differences amicably with the blessings of Almighty God! Thank you dear Rev. Fr. for today's teaching! God bless you and your ministry!
Dear Fr Warner Thank you for your realistic views on today's readings. While the Holy Innocents were victims of Herod's envy, we remember the children who continue to be victimized in so many ways - abused by the clergy, sold in prostitution, trafficking & war - Gaza has become a graveyard for so many babies. Abortion too is a relevant issue. Your prayers for mothers & fathers are beautiful. Jesus loved little children & may all parents love & cherish them too. God bless you always. 🙏 💞
Very strong , heartfelt and meaningful teaching. Brought about lot of new areas to think and pray about especially on Gaza, the killing of the unborn child , child victims of clerical sex abuse. Thank you Father for this teaching.
Thank you Father for the historical facts and the relevance of the torment children face even today. God continue to bless you and use you abundantly for HIS glory🙏
We still have Herod's in the modern world. Lord have mercy on your suffering children. Thank you so very much Fr. for you wonderful teaching. Love and greetings from Kenya
Dear Fr Warner your reflections on todays Gospel Math 2-13 is a bold factual presentation of the Massacre of Cildren by Herod and it happens every day and today !! As you spoke with great fervour that there is hardly a homily on Prolife Do you rem Marie Mignon Mascarenhss years ago who took the Challenge of tkhe Prof life Movement in Blore and it ushered in good results Lets pray for this Need in the Church Bless you Father
Oh yes fr true its heart breaking to see innocent kids going through suffering lets together pray for their safety Jesus bless our young married couples to treasure gods blessings rather then assets Jesus bless all parents Jesus we pray thank you for Fr Warner and his parents
Father Warner I am sorry to say I disagree with your teaching today. Church Fathers including Bishop and Pope stick to your Christian and church activities. Politics is very complex issues. Who and why the evil forces started the war??? Israel cannot keep quiet without taking any action. When they took action against the Palestinian, why so many innocent people were killed? Who keeps the innocent people as hostages ?? As it may, is the church function properly?? How many young boys and girls were abused by church personal? What immediate action the church leaders took before covering up case?? I can go on and on. If you read the old testament, the amount of killing and murder took place, under who instruction?? Father Warner please answer the above questions? You may get some answers. Thanks. Please have good holiday 🙏.
