Hi Vhin! Yes, you're correct. I added this correction (2nd longest long beach in SEA) in the description. Thanks for pointing it out. For Sofitel, currently its at 50/50 pa since Paragua has its own 5 star hotel. But for Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts -theyve already signed the contract as per MEG.
Hi Jonathan. The entire devpt is a 400+ hectare devpt. This will be completed in 15 years. But phase 1-condo, condotel and hotel plus commercial areas will be turned over in 5 yrs
