Table tennis is a game where a good player with good service can have a tremendous advantage in the game. Therefore, the proper rules must be observed properly while playing on competitive field, especially at the international level. Also, I am a great fan of Ma Long myself, and I can say that he's one of the greatest players of all times. However, being a great player doesn't mean that you're not human.
