Hi Nikki, I've been bulking for 2 months and today is my first day of cutting. I'm gonna cut my carbs down to 50g a day and still do Weight lifting + HIIT. Can you give me a good advice please? :) You are the person I trust and my top motivation.
TuLa Nguyen I would definitely not drop your carbs as low as 50g of carbs, I think that's most likely too drastic, particularly coming off of a bulk! Make your cut more gradual so you're burning fat: the more drastic the cut for 'faster results', the more likely you'll be burning through more muscle as well. **Just my advice!**
