Only way to solve this is to re-install the game and loose the user's previousely bought arsenal assets that can be worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars. This black screen issue can be a scam by MechArena to rob it's gamers money, should be investigated and prosecuted, potentially by a class action..
You know that you can link your progress by registering an account, right? And in case you lost it, technical support can easily restore your access if you made an in-game purchase

@@DroGhost1 they can be dodged too fricking easily. I can stall a bot for 14 seconds just with a wall. Try to do that with a player
