I am so grateful I found this channel. I absolutely love bears and I can’t get enough of them. Not up close of course. I can walk out my door and walk about five minutes and watch plenty of black bears and just a few weeks ago my daughters and I got the privilege of watching a mother bear with her three cubs swimming in a quiet area of the slough which is very close to the Fraser river in deroche bc. Thank you so much for sharing

I've been told, and I see here it's true, that when you focus on a subject they can and will sense it. Each one of these bears look straight into the camera.. WOW!
I call it focused energy. It's like public speaking to a group, but if you point and stare at one than everything is focused on them. In the case of these bears, it was my role to keep the bears moving off away from occupied areas. So they begin to recognize our vehicles, our voices, our confidence, and if you have ever had to spank them with a bean bag, they don't want that. So they watch intently to see what I was doing and how much they could get away with.
@@geraldjessie7761 , I was working with them, usually I was 20-100m away depending if they were roadside versus if they were in a meadow. It was my role to get them moving if they were in an area people would flock to them and make bad decisions (the people not the bears)
@@TheBearGuyCanada it does frustrate me when people stop and crowd a bear for pictures. Then wonder why they lose fear of humans and are shot. I've at one time drove in to the K Country police station and asked them to respond and shoo away gawkers a couple of km down the road.
Great videos of the best most intelligent predictor Grizzly's. Could you hear that bear chomping his jaws. it was acting more like a Sow upset from lost cubs. Thanks
This boy (@3:05) had his nails done in anticipation of his closeup!! (Edit) And, of course, we know all of these big boys would literally be nothing without their mamas!

@@warmachine1770 they should NEVER EVER be killed because of human error! I say put an ear tag and radio collar on the stupid tourists and bone head residents that cause problems for bears!😡
I am very encouraged when I see the bears being scared and running from humans. All wildlife should be scared of humans. They are much better off, and so are we.
@@rayleo529 how often does that happen and it not be somehow human caused! When bears do attack(and it is very rare)its usually hunger or somebody seen as a threat to their young! Interesting that bears use human community "using as a shied from boars". I have lots of deer and the mountain lions make sweeps through my property occasionally. When the lions move in the deer congregate around my house and near pasture as their shield. I've seen them do that many times. But now lions are brave and come near house too.

Those magnificent animals are much more aware and intelligent than one might think. Merci beaucoup pour ces images splendides.
Si seulement les chasseurs et éleveurs français avaient plus de respect pour eux😢
They know someone's watching them. Bears- my biggest fear

They really are magnificent creatures but bears scare the heck out of me.
Yea, I love bears...but I would definitely 💩 my 👖, if I ever came in contact with one!😳
I think we’re blessed to have you watching over the bears. You do so much good!
Thank you so much!
Gorgeous! These look exactly the bears at Brooks Falls In Katmai, Alaska. They’re truly magnificent and so big!
Haaaa bear pooping at the picnic tables. Too funny.....great videos.
4:51 woah, thats an evil eye
6:05 lol...like two teenagers getting busted doing something they shouldn't be
And then blaming each other. 😊

You're right about that, why do people make bone headed decisions like that?
First bear... what a bruiser... just awesome.
I wonder how close this guy is filming this
I think in some instances quite close as the bear seemed bothered by human presence.

Important they are taught to fear people.
Too bad we can't teach ppl to stop being such bone heads with wildlife! It's never the bears fault! It's always humans that cause trouble!

That bear with the radio collar and tag in his ear has been molested by humans...
Better than being killed.

Majestic creatures
The bear at 1:35 is enormous, where did you record the video?
Wonder why that one bear kept opening & shutting his mouth?
it's stress related, he wasn't happy about finding himself in the midst of a campground after following a female.

Because idiot humans can't stop fucking up and the bears have to pay the price for said human fuckups!

Anyone taking a stroll out there is going to be a meal😒
And very surprised! 😆😅😂
Exactly I agree
that's ridiculous. bear attacks are exceeding rare except in hollywood movies.
Misunderstood? I understand he'll eat me.
Pretty sure the polar bear has that distinction.
Yes, polar bears are apex predators as well. Different habitat, no overlap, no competition.

It's a stress reaction and he's inhaling the air for scent.
