I am sorry, a bit confused. You are measuring what? GNSS antenna back end has an active LNA, you will need power to run the LNA. As far as verification of 50 Ohm impedance is concerned at GNSS antenna SMA connector. If impedance is off, a huge Signal attention will be experienced. Receiver will not preform well. Best way to measure impedance would be using a Passive GNSS antenna.
