Maybe idk if this is a good idea or not but the critical stays the same and spawns beneath them but instead of launching them up in the air it restrains them down on the ground for a couple of seconds. It could be a interesting combo starter. I mean after all it is a 'legendary' weapon. Also since it cannot be enchanted it can help balance the weapon out with Enchantable weapons.
Flareblood kamas were one of my favorite legendary weapons when they came out but problem is it just wasn't viable for the builds i wanted to make them with.
Honestly I agree with everything, but my main issue is that it should be swapped with a bloodrend scaling . The only reason it has int back than was mainly due to their not being any other lore/reasonable stats with it that should scale with. I even tried making a bloodrend with flare blood kamas and it was dog shit, so shit. Mainly because i barely had any stats to invest into wep or int. I was trying to make a blade Harper build btw.
My friend and i were messing around with kamas and we realized that the crit with knaves journey hits for an average of like 10%. He started finding setups and imo the weapon is horribly underrated.

What I was getting at was the weapon (in spite of its state in the meta) has potential and it's really fun. I didn't have a lot of time to write earlier but wanted to get the thought down, sorry I didn't clarify. Personally, I plan on making a new build in the future with it and its mechanics in mind. ^-^
@ I totally agree with that. Basic setups are necessary for the crit to even be usable. Flamecharm has some good utility for it though, thankfully. The new scourge spark does wonders.

yes but unless youre going for overflowing dam/masters craftsman pre shrine lowering the int requirement to 15 would be better since you could get 30int pre shrine and save points

3:04 i use crit into judgement it does work if u jump after and depends on how close u are but even then theres still a chance it doesnt even work that's what i do to make it as consistent as possible

A little niche but what if when the kamas stole blood they also healed the player a little. Not much but a nice change to give it more survivability for the low damage.
Crazy to compare old leg wep with the new ones, like, compare ignition deepcrusher with pleesky's inferno or kyrswinter, it's stupid how they just reworked the purpose of leg weps to look like they're for some specific character or some shit, like, come on man
Would be nice if the Flare*blood* had something to do with.. You know... The *blood* attunement Just change the INT scaling for blood, and make it proc blood talents
I agree with Kamas needing a change but absolutely NO MORE EXTRA CRITS weapons dont need all these mixups with their crits, just give up the normal crit with it pulling the person with a kamas.
hit top 50 and top 250 consistently on kamas silentheart and kamas flame. you need to aim w your mouse and not let it aim for you and also just be good at the game. anims are so cheese and the crit is easily movestackable w ardour scream and other things like flame blind
