Now I don't have a Hellcat, but in my ProCharged 5.7 on E85, I use the Fore Innovations Dual pump full return set up and have had no issues at 1/4 tank. That said, I do keep it over 1/3 tank when at the track just to ensure I don't have that issue.
NO ONE talks about the Holley TRUe dual pump system with the hydramat for fuel pickup. Why? I have no idea. These piggyback pump systems do not flow both pumps full capacity.. Add a boost pump to the Holley and you will not max it out with any current street 3rd gen hemi. The real kicker would be to dual pump one or both sides of the Holley system.
I've done a lot of research on fuel systems before I went to the full return FORE dual lump system. And the holly was at the top of my list but after I read all the reviews I couldn't justify buying it. Most of the issues stemed from having a sump tank on all our vehicles and the passenger side pump starves itself. I only know what I've read. And went the HHP route. If you have one please do a video on how your car responds could save someone 1000 bucks 🫡💪🏾

Do you not have to run a second fuel pump module with additional relay for the pump or does it just all plug into factory harness?
Yes it comes with a second module but all controlled by the PCM as it will see it as one pump
