Wasteland 3 || Unlimited Money (Epic Bug)

Quest Giver: Abigail Markham
Location is on the new location Steeltown. As you proceed with the map, you get to the point where you will have to choose to fight Crow, or Ludlow, or Both.
I chose both and on my way to claim the reward at Abigail Markham looks like I can claim rewards over and over.
Pretty cool if you need the money.

Can you explain what quest that is , why do you hover over several missions?

I included everything in the description. I was hovering through the quests because I was unsure what was happening. I can't remember the quest name but I believe it's called Steeltown Blues from Quest Giver: Abigail Markham.

I accepted the quest from Abigail Markham, and as you proceed with the map, you get to the point where you will have to choose to fight Crow, or Ludlow, or Both. I chose to kill them both and that's how that happened.

I can't say for sure now. Been a couple months I'm finished with that game :/
