I am an Indian and Yeah to some degree I agree with you that US is more self sufficient than India and may overcome hurdles in the future but to say India really needs USA.. well it's really not actually because what we are trying to do here is exactly the opposite we know how US will react to long before and we are going with the plan accordingly we can get what we want from other countries that is a member of BRICS or not, the rest of the world is bigger than US we come to US because I agree it's the best place to built our own personal wealth but still you underestimating other countries. I did not understand this fully, until I spoke to a Customer Service Representative yesterday morning. In Canada, my grocery prices will increase, slightly, But that is, simply, due to Season Change. For Fruit & Vegetables, buy Frozen. They last longer. Tariffs will not affect me at all, if I keep buying Local! I hope other countries can do the same!
