I already sent. I have met a 13 level Jet against 9 level Helga. My Helga hit more but my damage was almost 0 to the enemy😢. I pictured that and sent it to Nekki's email which you can find from the Play Store.

It feels like nekki does matchmaking based off trophies but it should be based of levels
It should be both since skill differences are there for different trophies but same level
And there is one other way. They can create new game mode which is according to hero level.

So you wish to get to leaderboard with your little account. Be patient and try to upgrade. That is the whole point of the game.
Ok imagine if some dojo 10 wins every match with fair matchmaking (always dojo 10). He will surpass High dojo player ranking with actually playing with noob dojo 10s(I'm also dojo 10). Yes this may be hard for us but it's necessary because that dojo 10 player is too skilled or maybe smurf this players make low players loose intrest in game( skill difference)

Everybody talks about low dojos. But what about high? I am a dojo 13 now. I did it in 10 months free of cost. It is very hard to grind and upgrade your heroes. That's a very important part of the game. But impatient people will keep complaining about their dojo and level.
In 1vs1, I reached 550 when I was in dojo 11. But still I struggle to get to 600+ for some heroes although I am in dojo 13. Because I get maxed people most of the times. You can say that we are equally matched. So, it is easy. But the reality is something else. Maxed dojos are something else. All characters give high damage. I am not a leaderboard player. I will not be able to beat dojo 13s all the time just to get to 600 or 650.
It is easy to beat a dojo 11 being a dojo 11. But it is not so easy to beat a dojo 13 even if you are a dojo 13 yourself.
Low dojos are necessary for mid-players like us to get some trophies. Please don't keep complaining about that.
I got 700 + while IAm dojo 11 and got to leader board too in the beginning of this season
