Ciudad Quesada lively main strip, just 5 mins from Torrevieja!

Ciudad Quesada Spain is located in the province of Alicante. As you can see on the Ciudad Quesada map below it is located about 8km inland from the beach and about 12km from the popular city of Torrevieja.
Ciudad Quesada is a fairly new town and was created by a man called Justo Quesada Samper. This entrepreneur wanted to create his own town and as the urbanisation grew they eventually declared it a town in the 1970s. 50 years later and the town has grown and grown in popularity. You will find a good selection of property for sale in Ciudad Quesada including new build developments which continue to be built today.
Ciudad Quesada is part of the well known Costa Blanca South and this area is frequently featured on the popular TV show, A Place in the Sun, and rightfully so. This area has everything you could hope for and more from stunning nearby beaches, great golf courses, waterparks, shops, bars and restaurants.
This area is also popular for its outstanding Mediterranean climate. You can expect around 325 days of sunshine a year with highs of around 37°C in the summer. Temperatures in the winter months rarely fall below around 12°C and it is not at all uncommon to experience days above 20°C in the winter months, allowing you to enjoy all the area has to offer.
