Your dish looks incredible, I will have to try it. That being said, 14 ingredients does not qualify as "very few ingredients" lol. Also, I count 13 potato halves in the pan. Did you inadvertently drop one piece on the floor during prep? 🙂 Thanks for sharing.
Hello, thanks for reaching out! I would use a bit of sugar instead of honey and use any herbs of your choice and lemon zest to replace honey and mustard. While the flavour will be different, it will still be delicious. You can use single cream instead of double or heavy cream or even any leftover crème fraîche or sour cream if you would like. Again the flavours and textures will change slightly but as long as your dish is well seasoned to your taste, it will still turn out lovely in my opinion.
